Deathstroke/Slade is much more consistent and cool. Also they fricked up his mask and his eye is on the wrong side which I only know because I literally just finished binging the series
Slade was cool because if he wasn't so autistic about wanting Robin at first he could have killed the whole team. He only "lost" because he didn't want his actual plan of grooming him as his successor to be lost forever.
Also at least in the show (apart from hell) they never truly revealed his face and it was always ambiguous if he was really gone or not whenever they "defeated" him
