The whole second half of season 6 tony is still in the coma. It's all his death dream of how he wishes things would wrap up. The end scene is him letting go, not being mad that meadow is late and can't park. He finally lets himself die.

Not a crazy theory at all, I think the show makes this very obvious. It even demonstrates this in some of the Melfi scenes where Tony is remembering "warm" childhood memories that were actually fricked up and traumatic.
I think this was used to excuse the fricking up timeline of Many Saints as well
Phil didn't actually have the ability to transform into a house. He was hiding behind the curtain the whole time and pretending to be a house to spook Tony. The truth is that the whole house transformation thing was meant to mock Vito's death as Phil was implying that he was letting other men enter him in his house form, just like how Vito would let other men enter his butthole.
