I think what makes her work is that she's actually not just a soundalike - she's kind of doing her own thing while taking cues from Arleen's baseline and the result is that it sounds really natural and authentic, unlike Tara who just does an extra scratchy, extra shouty rendition of Arleen's voice

AoA harley looks cool in general.
Outside of a handful of characters (Raven, Twilight Sparkle), Tara Strong's voice is obnoxious and she can only really do variations of those.
