I saw a bunch of videos with these, it's not a singular empty room, it's these complexes of empty rooms reminiscent of something from the real life, but often either giant or infinite. It's kinda a House of Leaves thing.
Backrooms shit is different from just liminal spaces btw, liminal spaces are just images of these empty places with the implication of them being infinite, Backrooms spawned from an /x/ tard posting OP image with a story to it, and then autists expanded it. There's Backrooms wiki which is SCP but even more moronic sometimes, and then there's that YouTube series which is separate with the guy making up his own shit. They take the liminal spaces where something being wrong is an implication and just put monsters and shit in there.
Comfy. Reminds me of the big play room me and my siblings had when we were kids and lived in an actual neighborhood. It looked spacious just like your pic and even had two doors, except they were on opposite ends of the room. I think the back door went to the front/living area of the house and the other door led to the dining room. Also, it didn't have those oppressive white LED lights like in your pic.
