Shooting down a lot of potential cartoons for not being another "Spongebob" in terms of success really did bit them in the long run.
They should do another "OH Yeah! Cartoons" show to air pilots in forms of shorts again.

They did that in the 2000s with “Random Cartoons”, it only aired on a pay TV hannel and they only greenlit one show from it. The other one ended up being greenlit on another network.
Lineup was decent too with creators on board such as:
