I have only watched the Netflix version of One Piece and I enjoyed the character of Sanji. He is charismatic, flirtatious and conventionally handsome but not predatory.
In the manga he gets extremely pissed at a guy who can turn invisible because he always wanted that power himself so he could peep on women in the shower. He’s like ‘HOW DOES IT FEEL TO LIVE *MY* DREAM’

Sanji is at his best in the role of the cool big brother who is not entirely above shenanigans. Of course the family dynamic of the Strawhats is no more since the timeskip, so we don't really see it anymore.
