I'm sure there's going to be a subsection of zoomers who grow up keeping their kids away from these things in response to how they were raised on tablets and screens at a young age.
I was early enough zoomer to avoid smart technology at a young age (got my first smart "thing"--a phone--at age 14) and I'm definitely gonna be a lot more stern with my kids in terms of internet and technology than my parents were.

I was born in an immigrant family so I was late to modern tech, and I'm autistic about using anything like social media
Which might as well be treated the same way nowadays parents that remove their children's bedroom doors whenever they (the children) frick up are treated: woth disdain and an air "that's not normal".

I doubt it. Most people who complain about screens today have a total blind spot for TV and its effect on them. Zoomers will be the same and start complaining about their children spending too much time on VR or whatever comes next
>I doubt it. Most people who complain about screens today have a total blind spot for TV and its effect on them.
Based on...? What? Most people I've talked to are very aware of the problem, even in their own lives.
I'm gonna forego the inevitable NTR direction these threads always go down and instead I will just say that she is a fricking terrible parent to let her child watch fricking Blippi.

It's a fairly recent thing, I remember people were thirsting for cat mom before and that's it.
I am curious about the results we're going to see with how much screen time the next few generations are going to have. TV is one thing but our phones are literally destroying our brains and it'll be interesting to see how children adapt with Total Entertainment Forever.
I think it's naive to assume that screentime is ever going to go down, even if we imagine some scenario in which society drastically restructures itself. As technology advances, people are going to be 'plugged in' more and more, to the point where you literally can't escape looking at a screen, it becomes a 24/7 necessity. Being fed a constant stream of entertainment, or even just information, is going to become mandatory to function in basic life, as more technology connects with each other in smarter ways. You can hate or fight it all you want, but like the invention of the A-bomb, once we know how to do it, we can't put the cat back into the bag. It's GOING to happen, Luddite's be damned.
Consider that merely twenty years ago, we were still using CDs. Now, with a press of a button, you can have any song in the world immediately play through any device you own. We haven't even begun to see the effects of the modern age, and we're already on track to a new, information age in less then a generation.
I think you're overexaggering a bit but I don't disagree. We're just on the cusp of the electronic revolution and it's already destroying civilization. Granted that's an exaggeration too but the internet has not brought us together like we had hoped, the wild west is going to have to be settled and it'll be interesting to see what goes.

It's almost like we need too...what was it again? It's on the tip of my tongue, I can taste it.
Attention spends and technology addiction will become bigger issues. Social skills might suffer a bit. And maybe an increase in depression. Although weirdly enough I could see a decrease in "autism" diagnoses. If the kids watch more let's players and less cartoons. They will see more people interacting in a somewhat normal way and mirror that as appose to cartoon characters. It depends on the let's players the kid watches though.
I just wanted pictures of the cat mom, instead I got a thread full of incels acting like society is collapsing because the Staceys that won't frick them aren't raising their kids correctly. The 2016 election was the worst thing that ever happened to this fricking site, I swear.
>worst >implying you had even heard of Cinemaphile in 2016
At most, it's the third worst thing. The worst things that ever happened to this site was moot enabling the get-out-of-shitpostingjail-free card that is phoneposting, and the cuckmoot incident.
I'm sure constantly pacifying your children with a screen will have zero effect on their development

Wanting to keep your kid away from a place that should really be 18+ all around is not the same as removing their bedroom doors
In one hand I agree but in another the world is a scary place and I want my kid to be disillusioned with it as soon as possible.
If they actually eat carrots, they are healthier than 90% of American pig children.

Based on the endless nostalgiaposts that always get traction on social media, and on talking to other people about it.

The dad is hot there I said it
We all know
What I wouldn't give for a peak up that skirt
Brutus and him are having an affair
>Brutus
>Being a gay
I don't buy it.
He's a repressed homosexual, most armygays are
Sounds like wishful thinking to me ngl
no it's pretty accurate, look at the navy
Considering he was a "service dog", he could be assraped by higher ups at best, if we use your headcanon. Brutus fricking hates gays.
>Being molested makes you hate homosexualry
Oh anon, so naive
the person who made this is a troony
no she is a woman with ovaries who developed two children inside said organs
>developing children inside the ovary
Anon, that's an ectopic pregnancy.
WHAT?

Someone made some last LB thread.
