Everyone who thinks like you should kill themselves to spare the kids a hellish existence, I'm personally never having kids if I don't have them before 30, they are likely going to suffer in poverty no matter what, and no matter what age you raise them in kids require effort and will frick you up period, but by putting it off you're only going to be fricking their lives up too.

Exactly, my point is that dumbass needs to decide now, kids or himself, none or the other, but he must choose, it should be considered child abuse to have kids before 30, if you aren't willing to break your back and lose everything about yourself at 24 for your kids, just don't have them, ever. Yeah, this is a massive cope. Sure, things don't get better with age, but taking care of yourself is the difference between being practically handicapped and getting to live a nice life. My father is a lifelong athlete and he looks and acts 20 years younger than he actually is. Genetics matter, but there's no sense in doing bad genetics' job for them.
To be fair, I do think Millennials were fricked by being the first fully online generation before gym culture hit the mainstream. And while nothing is stopping you from hitting the gym at 40, habits are hard to break.
