would it help to just entire remove the peak part and just have it flow from the mask? Not a separate piece, that is. The nasal holes or whatever also don't help since they either look like, well, nose holes or a mustache.
the fact that the mouth plate is so obviously a separate piece on top of the rest of the mask makes me think it's definitely going to come off at some point and either reveal his real mouth or have a more traditional goblin look under it

Feel the same. I'm hoping the mask is just an "inital suit" thing. Like, its just generic high tech armor because its probably some military complex shit. And when Harry goes off the rails mentally, its altered to look more goblin-like.
Just like how Pete's suit is just black now, and when he properly "becomes" Spider-man, it'll be the red and blue suit.

overall like it but like others have said the mask is really the weak point. Not sure how exactly I'd tackle the issue of the face not being prominent enough without it clashing with the rest of the design, but one thing I thing doesn't really help is the green eyes, seems silly not to go for yellow considering it'd be a really easy callback to the OG design.

A minor thing is that I like the fact it's actually a stealth suit. It always felt kind of sad for Peter to show up in fights wearing actual spandex, which didn't protect him at all, when he had to fight people wearing fricking power armor.

He was working on his (terrible) zombie book at the same time as Daredevil, that had to slow him down a bunch
I think he's just a slow artist. It was the same when he was the artist on Daredevil. He didn't really stay on for more than like 4-5 issues at a time before a fill in artist took his place for a couple of issues.

it's red and that's a positive for me. The first issue showed it a bit curly, so if that stays a constant, I'm happy. Presumably we'll get a few images of Norman as well in that issue, so fingers crossed he looks alright as well

Not desperate to read What Ifs, I simply read info that was supposed to come from Cinemaphile and I simply wanted to confirm the source.
The only thing that I remember about three skulls was that Madame Webb would have a vision that Mary Jane will get the skulls. I don't recall any concrete information regarding what would happen if she got them.
Well, the only thing for sure, according to previous issues, is that it won't be anything good.

As a fan of the Ultimate universe I feel like every decision regarding this relaunch misses the point of it.
How so?
It was a modern update on classic characters and stories with top tier artists, this seems like even more disjointed at the start than the original got later. Hickman hijacking Cates set-up to do what exactly? I think that would’ve been bad too but at least action packed. Starting with an adult Peter sucks. Starting with a Black Panther book knowing that it will be boring and sell poorly sooner than later is dumb. Momoko not understanding English at all makes me less than confident she could be an architect of this new universe too. I’m prejudging Camp because I read an issue of his creator owned series and it was pretentious bullshit, there’s no hype at all for his Avengers. Millar was a super hot writer who was being told to tone down his work by DC editors and Marvel hired him to let him go wild. Bendis was a very popular indie writer that was being pushed as a Kevin Smith type that could lead to more comic creators going Hollywood. I’m not even a fan of his but it was was exciting. This is Hickmangays gargling him like they always do but not for the more mainstream reader/thinker.
