He's a terrible director and it kept me from enjoying the story.
Really enjoyed it, proved to me Cronenberg’s son has some solid movie chops. Lots of cool ideas well implemented, not a perfect film (VAPEEE) but it succeeds more often than it fails and was a satisfying exploration of the concept.
I still prefer his father’s work overall but I enjoyed Infinity Pool as well, and I’m looking forward to what else he can produce.
