>the association of female secondary sexual characteristics and grotesquerie/violence
LOL gay
But yeah, pretty good.
Maybe cat Soup?
>Anime
No thnx
I mean, it's made by nips but the animation isn't marked by fine linework or
extended periods of static frames, which are two things that I consider hallmarks of anime
you're a goddamn moron, and your mother will die in her sleep soon.
Not OP but Junk Head is pretty kino.
Here is link https://archive.org/details/junk-head-2017
Thanks!
Kys
your acronyms have no power over me, zoomeroid.
I heard that Junk Head was re-edited or altered. Is this the original version?
I would guess the Pied Piper (1986).
>The Wolf House 2018
Hardware
The insane dreams of a mad man.
it's been like a whole month of you fly homosexuals with your 'what's the story wu-wuh-wu-w-' shit. everyone who cared about this saw it half a year ago
WOW! You are so cool anon. Anyways....
i am pretty cool, thanks
IT TOOK 20 YEARS TO MAKE
therefore it's good
>IT TOOK 20 YEARS TO MAKE
You must be kidding.
I hate this fricking meme. He made a bit 30 years ago, but it on hold for 20 years, and then was working on it for 10 years in his spare time. Then in the last couple years he hired a bunch of people to help finish it
Thinking about watching it. Whats it about
Its barely about anything, the main focus of the movie is on creating striking and creepy visuals using stop-motion and other practical effects
The end result is weird and nightmare-like, would recommend
What the frick did I watch? I liked it, the ending wrapped it up nice, it felt like an eraser head but for a full length of the creepiness.
Some parts felt weird with the green screen but you get used to it.
Pretty much this, I could barley take away what its message was in the end. I dont know how to put spoilers cause I am too lazy to look it up but what I took away that it had something to do with the universe being built and nuclear holocaust.
Very little dialogue, nobody looking directly into the camera and telling you what the plot is so you have to use your brain to figure it out. Something zoomed here can't do because they're staring at their phones while "watching movies"
its shit
dont bother
I thought it was about how cruel man treats other man creating a sort of "hell on earth" scenario that the main protagonist (assassin) was plotting to get rid of as he was sent from above by the "Mad God". Then I get to the surgery scene and I get lost...
He looks into the assassin's brain to see the flashback to another mission. After the flash back ends the baby gets delivered to the alchemist who crushes the baby up and creates another world (and also the bomb goes off?)
There are some confusing parts but at least the basic plot is fairly straight forward. The Mad God (our god) lays out the laws of the land ala the 10 commandments and we observe the world he has created (our world). We watch a man descend the layers of the whole nightmare version of our world and learn at the end he is trying to blow it all up. He fails, as have thousands of others, and we see that the man is created by some kind of artist figure (this is where things get confusing). Not sure what the whole surgery sequence is supposed to represent or the floating figure that takes the baby to the lab and turns it into dust, but at least we do understand that in the end the mission succeeds and the world is asploded. Some images at the end directly show how this is our world and then the cuckoo clock goes off as if to suggest we should wake up from this insanity. At least thats what I got from it
>What was this movie about?
Maybe gore, some kind of philosophy or allegory of cruelty. Dystopia, God is crazy and everything is just nonsense.
Oh great the daily mad god thread by some zoomer asking what it was about
>hand made stop motion with a minimalist story, with a slow burn atmosphere that took a FREAKIN' long time to make
Oh my science, I'm signing up to Shudder right heckin' now!
Great soundtrack
Great atmosphere
Didn't like the real life segments
Absolutely correct opinion
Jeep driving section was kino
