Funny, you types said the EXACT same thing about fury road >WHY IS A FEMALE THE LEAD ACTOR? >Holy shit, Max will BARELY be in it
Then it turned out to be the best Mad Max yet. In George Miller we trust.
>gayot from Marvel
I this Chris Hemsworth's character is a villain, and he dies, explaining his absence later.
There could still be a sequel with Hardy if this is a success and Miller lives long enough
Well it's hard to say before actually seeing the movie, but I've hard time believing it will be bad movie.
It being fine okay movie is safest way to go about it. If it somehow ends up being bad didn't get hopes up too much and if it's good then that's just great.
I have no interest in this other than Mel playing younger Immortan Joe. I'm hoping it gets Miller the clearance to hand the reigns of a new Max movie over to Mel and he makes Apocalypto-in-the-Wastelands.
Who even asked for this movie?
Furiosa was a decent character but we already had her entire arc in the last film, what more could they even add on to make it interesting at this point?
people make being a fan of some franchise a big part of their personality/identity and then they can't criticize it to not lose that. Trailer looks like a fricking snl skit in terms of production values but people act like there's nothing wrong with it. It's fricking bizarre. Come on. You all see it, you stupid fricking morons
Fury Road is a great movie with a simple plot that's full of impressive practical effects. However, its is also full of feminist imagery and themes and the cope that "ackshully, the females all frick up in the end" doesn't matter when it's actually feminist imagery and dialog early on that shoots bullets of poz right into your medulla oblongata. That's what you're actually watching and it's what matters, not what you "think about" later.
so many queens slaying
Is this supposed to be a comedy? Every trailer I see gives it the tone of a Taika Waititi movie.
David Cohen. His name is David Cohen.
No matter how hard you try you won't get the rage and reactions you've want because this is just a spinoff.

And yet, it still bombed in theaters. "BeSt MaD mAx YeT" my ass.
The original Mad Max is best, filthy pleb.
Fury Road is cringe.
When will this trend of 120# females being expert in hand to hand (no pun intended) combat end
As soon as the 1200# males being expert in hand to hand combat trend ends
I would watch this movie if it didn't look so fake and if they had different actors playing the leading roles. It just looks shit.

*I think
>that gayot from Marvel
That doesn't narrow it down at all.
Technically it's furiosa movie. I believe it's prequel of times before mad max or something. I'm sure it'll be at least fine movie
Christ, they just give you shills nothing to work with these days do they.

>Movie about girl boss slay queen
>She ends the film as Immortan Joe's b***h
???
Anya Taylor-Joy was a fricking terrible casting choice. I will never in a million years be able to take her seriously as an action hero.
KSTEW was the clear choice for the role. She was cool as an action hero in Underwater and looks far more like a young Charlize.
But the movie looks like such shit, it probably doesn’t even matter.
Anna Puke Misery

>another women-having-nervous-breakdown propaganda piece
>disguised as female-empowerment fantasy

You're doing exactly the moronic shit I was posting about
Where did she get the electric razor?
No mad max no watch
