My favorite thing about current MCU ineptitude is that they decided to build the entire coming phase around Kang because they were so enthralled with his performance in Loki and the early footage of Quantumania.
Putting aside whether he's found guitly or not, they made all these Kang plans before bothering to see if audiences liked Quantumania or found Kang interesting.
Feige got so successful that he (or at least the people he delegated authority to) thought audiences would just like whatever they were given.
That's only a part of it. Deadpool is getting pushed up because it's almost guaranteed to profit. Nobody gives a shit about Thunderbirds or whatever the frick they're called.
