Going from Death of the Inhumans and royal family fricking off to who knows where, our status quo now is there's a power void in New Attilan, and the city-state is split between royalists and separatists.
Meanwhile Orchis between the pages, has synthesized terrigen in their efforts to kill mutants, but don't go with that plan because obviously, however a even more rogue scientist has stolen that research and began selling and refining the processes to remove the randomness, with his plan to become a billionaire by selling superpowers to the masses.
So our book will follow a group of lab created ugly failure Inhumans who escape after an accident and they're thrust into the center of a conflict between Inhuman factions and on the run from an evil scientists and they led by Crystal who will be the only pretty Inhuman, who comes back to Earth with Lockjaw and Luna against the wishes of Medusa and co, who will come back later as antagonists, Crystal comes back to Earth because Luna has become sick, shock! Luna's a mutant she has Magneto powers because obviously, and Pietro is her dad again, so we can reconnect the Inhumans back to the rest of 616, I'm also bringing back Black Knight, in a bulkier, meaner more badass version of the original armor because I want that knight protecting a princess imagery and they were on the Avengers together in the 90's.
Tldr elevator pitch is Crystal reluctantly leads a new generation of Inhumans from threats from all sides.
Okay a few comments first I'm pretty so quick server was never not Luna's father it's just him being a mutant that got retconn.I'm going to be my own thoughts I believe it's better 2. I don't understand why Orchis we're not going with the using the Miss to kill mutants.3. I feel like they're good at least be some X-Men or mutants having mixed or very contradictory feelings towards each other about the most possibly being brought back .I would suggest using Kamala except she's kind of been overused and stuff so she might just ask some friends he made with the X-Men to help out while they made her busy on assignments and at that time so she can't do it herself. Probably Cyclops which will be awkward for a bunch of Inhumans and the mutants from when Hydra took over New Jersey that Kamala helped out when she was only Inhuman.
QS was Luna's father but they retconned because of corporate mandates, I'm undoing that retcon because it adds nothing to Luna as a character.
2. I feel Orchis doesn't want to trade a mutant problem for an inhuman problem, but anti mutant gas would be appealing weapon to develop.

I'm not looking to derail ongoing stories, Black Knight is my in road to the greater Marvel universe, he's attached to Sersi the Eternal at the hip, I can create dual love triangles with PietroxCrystalx Dane and CrystalxDanexSersi. I can also use Black Knight to tell stories that deal with Magical side of the Marvel Universe that the Inhumans never interact with. Finally making Luna the granddaughter *wink* of Magneto automatically makes her an A-List mutant, she was too young before to tell stories with before but now she can be actual character insted of Crystal's carry on luggage

I'd undo maximus's, death but otherwise keep what happened in DOTI. Retcon Medusa hooking up Gorgon but still keep BB and Medusa broken up. I'd be a cosmic/space book because we don't really have any after Ewing switched over to the X-house and Thor. Have them rebuilding and trying stabilize on a new planet with whatever is left, universal inhumans, nuhuman, the other cities from earth. Face threats in the form anyone that would target a weakened empire. Basically just work with the seed we have been given except for the really bullshit ones. I'd bring back Blinky and maybe have BB haunted by his other wives because I like the midnight king thing and think there should be some story about the ramification of that destiny getting derailed.
I had to Google image in order to recognize who Blinky is but yeah I would like to see her again and see some tension between her and I forget his and Medusa's son's name for being adopted into the family by one of his parents. Also did black boat even consummate the marriage with his wives beside Medusa? because I feel like the practically a blank slate where Medusa has more personality than he does.

Not definitive answer. There were close at first but stopped sharing a bed room when Infinity started likely because the midnight king plans changed. The wives definitely all loved him and he was mad about them being murdered. Since Hickman's original plans got cancelled we will never know if the relationship was always doomed.
I would probably use Maelstrom (or possibly his father Phaeder) as the villain. And he uses his resurrection protocols (which we establish that Mister Sinister stole the research on) to bring back all of the dead Inhumans, only they've been brainwashed to serve him as servants of Oblivion.
Luna has her Royal debutante coming out party.

A Kree Sentry attacks with only the command to destroy future Inhuman generations. Luna is saved, but countless other young Inhumans are killed off, including Gorgon’s son.

Remember how people complain about how Stuff didn't make sense in death of Inhumans . If you ignore everything in the Inhuman pressure probably be insulted worse than that. I mean you can try to work around it which I think most common offers do with bad stories they don't want to make it important in their owns but it's probably be dealt with in some way.
My first story arc would focus on Crystal. Every panel would framed by her breasts or her ass. She’s gonna do a lot of climbing, crawling around and swimming. As to the latter, she can never find her suit, no matter how many times she gets on her hands and knees to look for it. So she has to go into the pool nude.
The second arc will guest star Medusa’s ass.
