I don't get the sneed joke. Can someone please explain? Why is the store being called sneed's funny? Why is chuck relevant?
The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Frick and Suck".
It’s just kind of funny someone by the name of Chuck lost his store to a man with an even more silly name called Sneed. And then Sneed even hung up a sign boasting about how it used to be Chuck’s. It’s just kind of comical thats really all there is to it

You must know very little about the Simpsons. All jokes aside, it’s canon Chuck owned a frick and suck. In another episode, you see a Chuck’s brothel in a ghost town, so it confirms Chuck’s family business was in prostitution. Why it actually closed down and became Sneed’s was probably due to the fact prostitution became illegal and the woman’s rights movement. So up until maybe the mid 60’s it was a frick and suck, but then Sneed took over. I know it’s dumb to treat a cartoon this realistically, but one of Chuck’s parents or grandparents owned a brothel in the late 1800’s, and Chuck owned a frick and suck some point to where Sneed could’ve bought it out. And Sneed is about 45, so let’s say he did when he was 25. It’s about 1970 when he took over. Also, I don’t even like Sneed. In fact I hate Sneed. But this is real Simpsons lore. Sneed is the bane of Simpsons at this point

I’m almost positive that he committed suicide. I thought about Moeposter a little bit, and I can’t imagine anything else, except maybe he had a heart attack or was posting in a hospital bed like waiting to die from cancer and that’s all he did. I’m not sure how long he was going before I started using Cinemaphile but there were a few months where literally all he did all day every day was be on Cinemaphile and post that image of Moe and the word cringe. I thought it was a joke until he made that sneedgate Infographic and invaded all those discord servers and then spammed it for so long. I think what was driving Moeposter was he fighting for his home and Sneedposters were taking away it from him. So he finally committed suicide because you can’t go from on Cinemaphile 16 hours a day for years to just not using it at all

Although it could be more and I could have forgotten how many times it actually was when I checked. I think it was almost 7,000 which is a Herculean feat. But also an indication that he had no life whatsoever. I think Moeposter wound be sort of horrifying to actually witness IRL, he was probably the actual loser that Cinemaphile people are joked about being.
