first run confirms none of them are mutants except Beast
second run is Beast betraying the team, turns out he's Dark Beast, turns out Dark Beast is an advanced LMD from the AoA universe all along, turns out the real Beast perfected his mutant cure years ago and slunk away into obscurity
third run is being chased across time and space by Cyclops, Bishop, Cable and Magneto for the crime of not being mutants
fourth and final run is Hank curing Cyclops of his mutant powers to prove that he's just a dick, taking Bishop and Cable six months into the future where Cyclops has already started a hate group for humans who used to be mutants Magneto just goes straight to prison, turns out he's still wanted for invading like three countries and taking them over in the space of a few years

That's what happened in the OG Guardians of the Galaxy run. After the Martians took over the Earth, Magneto took to the stars and colonized Titan only for him and Apocolypse to murk each other. Later the mutants coloinzed fled to a different planet and the X-Gene was bred out, leaving a mutant minority ruling over the humans. Wolverine's descendant, Rancor rules the planet and teamed up with Dr Doom who ran around in the future in Wolverine's skeleton as a robot
