Matsumoto is fricked, it's Matsumotover
https://bunshun.jp/articles/-/68246
Summary
>There's a sex tax system where younger comedians offer women to Matsumoto in exchange for career success
>At first Yoshimoto denied that such events took place, including the party itself
>Magazine says Ozawa and Matsumoto fricked up by releasing the text messages from one of the girls since it contradicts Yoshimoto's statement how there was no party and meeting in the first place
>Girl's response to the leaked message is that she was in a state of panic and scared of losing her job and safety since Ozawa threatened her beforehand not to frick things up and do as they say, so she sent that message showing that she's compliant and she doesn't want any more trouble
>Their phones were also confiscated during the party
>If there's a trial, she's willing to testify
>She shared her experience with a close friend the day after the party and the magazine confirmed that she did indeed message her friend, saying she's glad her friend didn't go with her
>She managed to leave early, but other girls stayed behind
>Girl also messaged another woman who was at the party, saying they were surprised at Matsumoto's sudden change of attitude
>Further investigation revealed that there were more of these parties taking place at various places during the years and three new women have come forward to share their experiences
>Magazine contacted Yoshimoto again but all they said is that they're filing a lawsuit and will be suing the magazine for defamation
>4h after that message they announced that Matsumoto is going on a hiatus
>Meanwhile Ozawa's agency, Horipro, denied all of the accusations, but they won't be taking legal action against the magazine
This is the same magazine that fought against Johnny's

Tanaka just got cheated on instead, leading to a divorce where he got to keep everything including full custody of the kids. The rest of thr guys softballed the obligatory jokes afterwards too because he really didn't do anything wrong.

    >shouldn't have committed sex tax fraud
What an idiot, if he had openly documented it from the start he could've even written the parties off as a sex business expense.

I remember Detective Conan having this exact same setup for a case
A gaijin hooks up with a girl from the boonies after getting lost in a forest and when he has to go, he leaves her a letter giving her his best wishes, promising he would return and telling her to "shine" in English but when he came back she had killed herself

    isn't prostitution legal in japan?

Technically, no. Apparently anything goes as long as there's no penetration, but there really is no way to enforce that so no one cares.

I think after the Johnny's shit went down, more women are now willing to speak out against whatever shit they experienced. It's basically the Japanese MeToo moment like the other anon said. And it honestly doesn't surprise me about all of this shit happening, especially if you watch some older Japanese TV shows or just follow their culture somewhat

what's actually fricked up is that the main battlefield of Japanese ''me too'' moviment is gossip magazines these days
it's like New York post and tmz are being the leader of the mee too movement in the us
there's something deeply wrong with that

It's the exact same as in the US: mob mentality and chasing clicks/clout

Bunshun has been at the forefront of this stuff since the 80s, from politicians to idols to high-profile crimes like that one time they doxxed Junko Furuta's murderers even though they were minors. The only people who won against them that I know were Johnny Kitagawa while he was still alive and Takeshi Kitano

And lost back in the early 2000s. The Johnny's thing collapsed right after the dude died and there's nothing to stem the tide of the accusations no more.

Why can't men seem to stop being sex pests?
These ching chongs are probably married too.

      Anonymous

Because men naturally are inclined at the conscious and subconscious level to want to stick their dick in a hole. That's a hard wired thought due to procreation and that has and will never change unless we have men born with no sex organs. And since there are alot of divorced and lonely men in America particularly, well they flock to any way possible they can get their dick into a hole even if it's illegal

More panel shows with idols, Enka singing contests, Jap detective drama or medical drama if they're adventurous that season and variety shows on Sashimi/Sushi/Ramen/Steak restaurants in the sticks.
