He could just be aged down to their level like S1 of the show? Or was he already older?

Not really. If you watched the movie "Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas" you would have seen that Max Goof was the same age or younger than Donald's nephews, which would be more realistic than if he was much older than them.
He's basically been "retired" from the wider Mickey & Friends canon for multiple reasons. >Is based off of a concept introduced in Disney's animated shorts (Goofy and Pete having kids) but is directly tied to a DTVA IP (Goof Troop). >Can't really fit him in with almost all of Goofy's current iterations. >Is currently only used for nostalgia bait merch-wise and said bait is tied to said DTVA IP
In addition to the above, I believe his VA also retired from voice-acting.
I think that was his last proper appearance, outside of that it's just been voiceless cameos like the one posted by
While it's not technically a "crack" ship since they interact in the movie, it's still weird because they really hate each other by the end. There's not much wiggle room to add "they were secretly fricking".
It's recently blew up in popularity because of some spanish artist, also- > Enemies to lover
Probably the most common trope ever, look at Zim and Dib for example
I can tell you I have zero intentions of shipping goofy movie of all things but Bradley did not hate Max right away he actually wanted him to join his frat and was impressed with his talent
It was only after Max rejected him that he started to hate him
Had to move back in with his dad for a while after he graduated, until he and Peej saved up enough for a shared living space so he could have a studio. Broke up with Roxanne, went through an existential crisis in his late 20's, and was found dead in his room resulting in an Extremely Goofy Autopsy.
What was his last appearance? The last thing I saw him in was Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas, where he brings his girlfriend over to meet Goofy.
>Roxie having legit breasts
NICE.
>hoverhand
it's over
some videogame and disney parks appearances, Disney has no clue what to do with him
Only way to bring him back is to deage him his strongest strength is being a teen/kid.
Yeah, but they don't want to do that for some reason + Donald having the triplets fills the kid roles
>Donald having the triplets fills the kid roles
Mortie and Ferdie still got to appear recently so there may be hope for Max.

I like his role as a young adult because it shows that despite all of his flaws, Goofy could at least raise a competent son.

I think James Marsden is still doing voice acting
He's supposed to be at some cons later this year.
Jason
Ah, yes, thank you. I normally just call him Kovu or Peter Pan.
I think it’s mostly due to Disney not wanting to pay royalties for the character.

A Goof Troop reboot with mixed elements of A Goofy Movie is innevitable at this point based on the Darkwing and TaleSpin reboots by Rogen
Why not make another Christmas special with Max instead of the Robot Chicken one they did last year?
>Max's bare ass
Hnnnng
Eventually there will be a Goof Troop reboot.
Died in a skateboarding accident during his sophomore year at university.
He's with Bradley now

Max is for Peej
Drugs
He's not canon.
>But they're not gonna laugh anymore
sex with weird dog thing
Damn I love Jean shorts
He became a fricked up drug user later found dead in his house like many other child actors
He got Clarabelle Cow pregnant
He's either in college or graduated and moved out so he doesn't need to be in Goofy's adventures much anymore

He became a lumbersexual and started a family.
