Even if that falls through there will probably be a streaming service willing to purchase it and he'll break even. Should he pony up the entire marketing budget along with the production budget and it bombs then his kids might end up with a situation where they only inherit a measly $70 million or so but I think even if that occurs they'll get by.

It's just lackluster compared to 1 and 2. Doesn't have the same energy or soul, and not enough strong main characters, whereas the first 2 are filled with strong characters.
