I think it'd be ok. After a week you'd be able pull off some cool stunts and it's basically the same as the time freeze fantasy regarding rape and such

Groundhog Day's a metaphor for (almost) everyone's life. You're all stuck in loops, ruts.

What have you accomplished in the past year? What's changed? Exactly.

Exercise, bathe, wear reasonable clothing, groom yourself to a moderate extent.
Continue to have your interests. In terms of social skills, it's painful but you have to hone them by practise. they WILL improve

Even battle royal games with their random loot tables would eventually lose their lustre. It might take weeks or months or even years of loops, but eventually you'd learn how every round plays out, where all the good loot drops, how every match ends. It might prolong the time you spend in the loop before trying to grow as a person and escape the loop but it would only delay the inevitable. Eventually you would have seen and done everything that could possibly entertain you, just like in the movie.

There might even finally be enough time to get caught up on your gaming backlog, which I'm sure everyone has a huge amount of. Having your saves reset every day would be a b***h though.

I'd never be able to truly finish my gaming backlog because majority of the games in the backlog are there because my computer is too slow to play them properly

The implication is he cannot escape Feb. 2 but there have been other time-loop movies where eventually a character has to fall asleep and at that point they revert to the spawn point.

It would be 80's SOVL and I would just carry arround a copy of Groundhog day if it happened in real life and force people to watch it to understand my current predicament. When you start telling them intimiate details like in the movie they will do anything
