normally you only have to use the left side for adjustment but if the subs also have the wrong speed this is what you need to do:
1. use the left side to make subs align somewhere at the beginning and use the modified srt in step 2
2 then skip somewhere towards the end and figure out when some phrase is spoken and when it does appear in the modified srt. use #2 on the right side to adjust. #1 can stay at 0/0 thx to step 1
