I think he would have revealed it to him if season 5 was the actual end of the show, but once it got renewed past his plan he decided frick it, since the show requires him being a flirty happy catboi for it's gimmick, he can't learn anything that would harden his personality. What happens next I don't think he cares. You can see he kind of left it open for later writers to do whatever they want, especially with Bunnix showing up and peacing out before Gabriel turns the rest of the Miraculous to rings. Depending on what they want to do they can either have the "future team" just be Ladybug and CN with Bunnix as backup that's rarely used, give the rings to new holders, or just restore the Miraculous as they were and bring in the usual crew for every episode Avengers antics depending on what the staff feels like doing. They can even immediately 180 on the Adrien finding out thing if they want.
Astruc does not care, he just wanted his Spiderman-Daugther insert to get her Disney Princess genderflip and beat his wicked evil not-stepfather in a bare bones story and was forced to add other stuff.

And that he's on a strict time limit by the end of the season to save Emile so once the finale passes and he fails she's presumably dead for good. Whether Gabriel finds out who LB and CN are or is blackmailed or loses his memory or gets away with it or loses his memory is unknown.

To be completely fair not everything in the bible is accurate. Nino is supposed to tell Adrien he's carapace in season 5 but he already did that in season 4. It seems changes have been made to the bible since it was created for season 5. If there is no change then if we bully zag enough there will be enough push back for a reveal in season 6. Will people give a shit about the show by then? Who knows? depends on how badly they wanna milk that shit.

If it hasn't been changed I'm guessing Marinette wouldn't be able to tell Adrien without revealing him to be Chat Noir to Gabriel (because why would she tell a civilian) and to avoid another Chat Blanc/Ephemeral situation. Something tells me that they're gonna do another episode like that to justify why telling Adrien would be a bad idea or some shit.
Here's hoping we get a redemption arc for Nooroo and/or Duusu sometime in the future. A shame that it would necessitate a replacement source for the episodic monsters of the week, though. Who among Paris' people would be the best fit for the role of a Butterfly/Moth and Peawiener hero?
