These are the people that cry about how mecha is dead.
Unironically I’ve seen people go like that
>Why is mecha dead, why do the nips don’t make these anymore ?
>2021 proceeds to come out with multiple shows regardless if they’re good or mediocre
>NO NOT LIKE THAT AGH
>Why is mecha dead, why do the nips don’t make these anymore?
There’s no pleasing these people. Clearly there’s an interest in the genre beyond something that’s part of the seasonal lineup
That's quite literally what happened here. No one cared about Megaton Musashi, no one cared about Sakugan, no one cared about Kyoukai Senki, no one cared about Ancient Girl's Frames, etc. They had something to nitpick about each of the shows that came out during that period, they only care if the marketing has a big name attached, be it a franchise or someone in production.
>No my shows aren't shit you're just picky!
Fans should be picky.
>picky
moron.
>u must watch every moe and high school crap disguised as /m/ to be a mecha fan!
But no one mentioned gbitch.
>no one cared about all these forgettable trash heaps
Yeah, no fricking shit. Just because it's mecha doesn't mean it's automatically good or watchable.
Mech looks cool and the girl is both cute and frickable.
I am feeling optimistic.
What was wrong with it?
Thats great and suggests there will be no overt sjw garbage thrown in.
>cute and frickable
She looks 8.
Looks like a highschool girl to me
Sounds like some "if there's grass on the field" mental gymnastics more like.
Does her dressing like highschooler irritate you?
Still underage.
>he thinks the producers animate the shows themselves
Where do these tourists come from?
Yes.
nobody cares
Go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
/5
>Thats great and suggests there will be no overt sjw garbage thrown in.
what the hell are you talking about
Having too much gay shit might risk the reputation of producer with its main core demographic of manly man mechanics
is this really the thing you think about when you see a mecha anime? homosexual
I dont think as a principle.
Come on homosexual let me have some hope.
>more cgi nonsense
Pass.
How do you know it'll be CG? Likely yeah, but don't see any confirmation
Do we even know the animation story? the guys making the diesel engine can't possilbly also be animators
Can't wait to see the funny product placement
That mech on the poster is visibly CGI.
Eco-mecha?
Not a big fan of the mech design...
I'm ambivalent on it myself. Maybe it'll look better in motion.
Those shoes, is she wearing fricking Geox???
The main backer is a company that makes construction vehicles and tractors
So it might go in a Yuusha direction
I hate women.
ngl, I would rather watch miru tights.
>look at who is making the anime
> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yanmar
>Yanmar Co., Ltd. (ヤンマー株式会社, Yanmā Kabushiki-Gaisha) is a Japanese diesel engine, heavy machinery and agricultural machinery manufacturer
What the frick????
>Japanese diesel engine, heavy machinery and agricultural machinery manufacturer
They are going to advertise their future endeavors.
Co., Ltd. (ヤンマー株式会社, Yanmā Kabushiki-Gaisha) is a Japanese diesel engine, heavy machinery and agricultural machinery manufacturer
I have their pilot pitch for previous show
Will likely be better than G-Woke.
So when is anime expo again?
I hope it will be a "combat less" mecha show. It be interesting to see.
July 1st.
All those save for maybe Ancient Girl's Frames since I didn't follow that one got decent amount of threads and were watched. My favorite was Sakugan even though it muddled around a lot and got mostly interesting near the end. But overally I remember seeing a lot more praise for these shows than criticism. But thats just on /m/ on the wider scope normies didn't even register them
Sure there were some threads on the airing days, the point is that people will claim that mecha as a genre is dead and yet ignore the ones airing right now or the future projects announced.
