>ACKCHYUALLY according to statistical analysis, the majority of those hikers were only allegedly experienced, had some form of pre-existing health issue (or were of the age where underlying health issues become problematic), or were actively engaging in dangerous trails, therefore the entire """theory""" is a non-mystery
Who are you quoting
his schizophrenia demons
nobody looks like that you moronic pissbaby chud
Interdimensional Bigfoot, obviously
>People go hiking in the deep woods/mountains/near caves
>Some go missing, because it's the deep woods/mountains/caves
>NO, IT CAN'T BE THAT SIMPLE!
Isn't the whole thing a ploy of one guy to sell his spooky "true cases" books?
David is a former detective and he only collects reports from people in the form of affidavits punishable by law.
There are two Missing 411 stories I think are actually disturbing/unexplainable
1. The kid in colorado whose clothes kept showing up nicely folded by the trail he disappeared on
2. The guy in michigan who vanished while skiing and showed back up over a year later with no memory of what happened
First one is a prank in very poor taste, the second one is just banter.
>2. The guy in michigan who vanished while skiing and showed back up over a year later with no memory of what happened
>Was probably in debt or in trouble with the law or was cheating on his girlfriend and feigned amnesia
Many such cases
The guy had a doctorate and after the incident he got another phd trying to figure out what happened to him so I doubt the guy was that unstable to feign amnesia
>you need to be unstable to feign amnesia or suffer a mental breakdown which can cause it
>Do you have any evidence?
No, but its more plausible the guy feigned amnesia for a year for his own personal reasons than some mystery of the woods.
Even then, I could buy he just had a mental breakdown which can happen at any point in your life.
How this is a mysterious case full of unknowns is beyond me. It's irrational behaviour, but not unexplainable, and flimsy at best in trying to say there's some grand conspiracy in the woods.
Why did he feign amnesia?
Your guess is as good as mine, but its more plausible than some national park conspiracy.
What conspiracy?
>kidnapped and drugged by glowies
>live in the woods on the land hunting, fishing and making shelter for a year despite having a good life back in civilisation and then show up 1 year later and spend another few years pretending you had amnesia. Instead of just writing it off and hoping people forget about it you keep the lie going to the point where you have studied at university all in a convoluted scheme to make the deception seem more plausible
Occams razor.
That's also totally ridiculous
Yes but out of the two options, it is the simplest.
>all of these extremely specific circumstances involving a guy's whole life and putting himself through university to get a phd all to build upon and perpetuate a supposed lie is the simplest explanation
I'm not buying it boss
Who said he was kidnapped?
That isn't even a good case example. The Hunter who vanished in 2 foot of snow and managed to evade search and rescue teams while leaving his items in camp sites they had already searched is ridiculous.
Yes it is, the dude missed A YEAR OF HIS LIFE you mongoloid
>Well it obviously can't be the conclusion I DON'T like, so therefore it has to be the conclusion that doesn't make any sense. Because the alternative is having to accept something I don't want to accept.
The "Skeptic" mindset, everybody.
Your son wanted to talk to you about what he was going through but instead you chose to argue with anonymous posters on Cinemaphile, Dave. Now he's dead and you don't even have any conspiracy to blame.
You sound upset anon
Your son sounds like he's screaming from eternal damnation to hell for suicide. I think I can hear him a little bit, asking why you had to spend so much time on grift novels
>Was probably in debt or in trouble with the law or was cheating on his girlfriend and feigned amnesia
Any actual proof of that? Every time I've heard that story he is framed as being in a pretty good place in life, with a good amount to look forward to. Nothing, at least known, that would make him want to disappear. Could be that and could also be a legitimate fugue state. The lack of evidence either way is what makes people interested in cases like these.
they were eaten by bigfoot
>hunter goes missing
>they find his iced over clothes by a stream that his footprints led to
>somehow this is a sign of ghosts or some shit
I'm embarrassed I once fell for this crap. Way too many of these can be explained with people getting wet and cold.
>dry clothes found folded on some rocks
>u-uh it's paradoxical undressing in 45 degree weather!
Frick off.
>somehow this is a sign of ghosts or some shit
He never once says that, or really puts forth any kind of supernatural explanation for things.
I think one or two are responsbile by people living off grid somewhere in one of those fringe societies. Maybe they went into hiding during one of the wars America was going through and just decided to stay there but they got so inbred like the Whitaker family that they need to steal fresh ones every now and then so their bloodline can get better genetics and make their line stronger. I think the rest are just people being dumb and underestimating just how dangerous nature and the woods can be it can easily go very wrong if you don't know what you're doing and watching yourself. Though I find it interesting in both cities and nationaly park dissapearances just how much water plays a huge role in some cases and a lot of the individuals who go missing are white and somewhat atheltic, I think some overlap between the two but I don't think Smiley Faced Killers are connected with Missing 411 cases.
Dennis Martin is legit one of the creepiest ones especially when reading about witnesses seeing a large build figure carrying something off into the woods.
>Dennis Martin is legit one of the creepiest ones especially when reading about witnesses seeing a large build figure carrying something off into the woods.
The """large figure""" was described as a moonshiner or mountain man and he got in a car and drove off. The huckster who wrote these books loves to omit that detail.
You were clearly never into this topic, because if you were you would know that the cases in Missing 411 are not as simple as "guy goes missing".
It is always "guy goes missing, plus all these really weird circumstances surrounding it that don't make any sense".
they were raped by bigfoot
glowBlack person thread
I see you cia Black folk
More movies like picrel?
I gotchu bro.
FRICK YOU CLAIRE YOU FRICKING prostitute
>It's not possible for this species designed for extremely long distance walking to walk ten miles in one day. It was aliens!
yeah, kinda weird calling them extra terrestrials when they are in fact ULTRAterrestrials
Anon just say youve never gone hiking before it's ok
>lie about the actual parameters of the cases
>pretend the author put forth explanations that he didn't
He might be on to something if gays need to make shit up to discredit him.
>the village moron who drinks his own piss might be on to something because people keep badmouthing him
>the village moron who drinks his own piss
>well he actually doesn't drink his own piss
>and he's not actually moronic
>You don't even go into the woods.
Projection you Black person. I hunt and hike regularly.
>elite woodsmen that totally spend hours every week inna woods have finally come here to reassure everyone in the thread that these conspiracies are totally legit and actually bizarre
Finally! I thought you anonymous users would never show up to let us all know that we need to keep our eyes peeled and buy OP's homosexual book. I mean, totally legit book about stuff that totally happens all the time inna deep woods (fr fr).
I'm not an elite woodsman. You said that I don't do shit and stay inside.
Predators eat clothing and bags? Guns?
>project
>lie
>these conspiracies are totally legit
It's not a "conspiracy" it's literally a collection of missing persons cases collected by some ex-cop. I'm surprised you homosexuals are so butthurt about this. Did some e-celeb make a video about it?
Yeah, i have no idea why this always causes collective asshurt
>Uncle Dave takes you camping as a kid.
>Tells spooky Bigfoot story.
>Tells aliums/ufo/abduction story.
>Rapes you.
>Goes on to justify a lifetime of increasingly paranoid/insane beliefs and self-denial (that "they/xem/xirs" were a homosexual that seduced uncle dave.
>Muh vaccine conspiracy.
whomst are you qouting, seethie?
Chill out my friend. There are 7 US states that are smaller than my country, it stands to reason that there will be outdoorsmen in a Missing 411 thread.
Will you honestly just shut the frick up already? You don't even go into the woods. Why the frick do you care? Get a fricking life dude HOLY FRICK.
People don't just vanish. Corpses don't disappear. Clothing doesn't just degrade to nothing, epecially not in an area as populated as the US. Even in Australia we find the remains. We find bones. We find bags. We find something. If we don't it's extremely bizarre.
>we
You don't do shit you stay at home homosexual.
stop projecting, seethie
We as in other humans. I hike all the time.
>Even in Australia
you are evil
australia has the perfect dry heat climate that preserves corpses and clothes. the US has tens of thousands of square miles full of overgrown wilderness and lakes, people can disappear there
Don't talk bollocks. If they were taken by a predator or their remains were taken by a large scavenger you're not finding shit.
If a bear caught me would it eat my bag? Do scavengers in the US carry away and hide bags and clothing off corpses?
>If a bear caught me would it eat my bag?
It would be painful
bears are big omnivores
Im not sure if youre being sarcastic or not but yes its reported that bears do not care about clothing and will just eat through it
So the attack site will have tattered clothing and most likely a bag, with bones just sitting there eventually to be found?
Oh buddy boy, you've fallen for my trap now!
Answer the question.
I asked the question. Are you suggesting a bear will consume a bag with 30lb of gear in it? Just consume the entire thing and leave no trace?
moron, what usually happens is you die or get killed, then your corpse is ripped to pieces and those pieces are dragged off. You bag will be left where you die, but your arm might end up 5 miles in one direction, your skull 10 miles in another and your leg 7 miles in yet another direction.
You think wild animals have fricking table manners? They kill you then pull out a knife and fork and neatly cut you up and eat you? Frick no. They'll rip pieces off of you and depending on the animal they'll take it somewhere safer to eat it.

Yes that is what I'm saying and eventually your bag and your belongings will be found by other hikers and be reported and the police who were investigating your case will know every detail of what you wore and what you carried and will be able to match descriptions to you this is how it works in the real world I know shocking right, therefore. People do not just vanish. Something is eventually found.
Depends where you die. If you're 20 miles from anywhere and surrounded by thick brush, there is a fairly good chance you wont be found anytime soon, if at all. You underestimate how difficult it is to find a corpse, especially in the middle of fricking nowhere.
Takes one to know one gay.
>You underestimate how difficult it is to find a corpse, especially in the middle of fricking nowhere.
I believe that in Australia but in the US you have 1000x more people out there. Not just more people in general you have a genuine culture of hiking and hunting. You have hunters crawling everywhere aren't there so many hunters out in the US that they're told to wear bright colours as not to shoot each other and they still misidentify and shoot each other?
There are literally cases where a murderer would just drive like 100 miles down some highway then dump a corpse like 20ft from the road and it remains unfound for like 30 years.
>people don't just vanish
>eventually something is found
Why'd this homosexual even bother writing a book then, according to your plausible explanation...
Lol
You drastically overestimate both the abilities and the competence of the police
People vanish in the US all the time but it's because your bones can lie in the woods for decades until they are buried or consumed somehow or a serial killer gobbled you up, it is not because of aliens or some unknown predator, if you are attacked in the woods it will be from a bear or a mountain lion and they will not find much of you or anything really.
Hiking and camping solo made me superstitious and a bit weary of /x/ tier shit and this is something I hear from other solo hikers too. I carry silver and iron to ward off the paranormal homosexuals. I can't carry a gun this is australia.
>this is something I hear from other solo hikers too
you spelled pussies wrong
If we were pussies we wouldn't solo.
if you weren't pussies you wouldn't be hallucinating about bigfoot coming to stretch your bussy
Bros.. I just heard something.. sounds like it's in the tree AAAAH JESUS CHRIST WHAT IS THAT
>bigfoot
More worried about bumping into some of the shadeshifters the aboriginals speak of.
>shadeshifters
a what now?
I literally spent 6 months hiking alone innawoods
The only thing yo be afraid of is other people near town
>No garlic
>No horseshoe buried under a feasting moon
>No running water
>No charm pouch of at least 7 types of blessed wildflowers.
>No charm for the fey folk
>No rasher of bacon tied with horse hair buried within the grounds of your campsite.
Shit homie, it's like you want to get raped by interdimensional Mothmen that larp as wendigo.
People have gotten lost and died going 50 feet off a trail, people seem to forget how vast and dense these areas are. I would only say 2 or 3 of these cases are actually meet some mysterious disappearance
The one about the old guy hunting with a bunch of people is a little weird.
Probably they were eaten by feral hogs
You can make anything seem spooky if you just preface it before hand and maybe play spooky music too.
Look I'll tell ya'll what's happening here. It's a predator creature that uses interdimensional portals. Similar to how the fly doesn't know the spider exists until it gets caught in the web we do not know that this thing exists until we get caught in its trap. According to physics this is entirely possible.
Missing 411 is a good litmus test for if you are talking to an npc or not
their train of thought exists soley on the fact a book was published so it must be true
Tiktok and youtube videos said so
>fact a book was published so it must be true
What must be true? These cases that are easily verifiable? The author does not make claims as to any unified cause between the cases, he just documents them and brings up possible similarities to other cases. It's obvious you haven't read the book and it's obvious that you don't know anything about what it is. I guarantee you saw some e-celeb deboonking and now feel the need to display your moronation every time you see a thread like this.
>the author doesnt make any claims he's only implying
Oh frick off with that bullshit. Sorry, there's a clear connection between Paulides series becoming more popular and him shoving more supernatural shit into it to the point where the latest is literally about UFOs. You remind me of the leftists who try to gaslight anyone who notices their agenda as being paranoid.
Never talk to me or my replacement son, Huck (female), ever again.
It was written by a former police officer so you know it's true though.
cops lie all the time don't trust cops EVER.
I kinda thought the Missing 411 stuff was cool until I listened to Paulides on multiple pods and realized what an utter butthole he is. He revealed how a fan made him a digital map that has every single case he's covered pinned on it with details of the disappearance and that he'll never release it to buy or download because he says you can get all the same info from his books.
The recent resurgence of Bigfoot, Alien, Innawoods morons is a bit concerning. It’s always Americans too, guess the IQ is in freefall there.

The fedora-tier asshurt ITT is unreal
Paradoxical undressing was made up by the skeptics to debunk Dyatlov Pass BTW
No really, that's what one of you morons tried claiming and got very upset when you got BTFO in the thread.
You doing ok?
No, I almost got footage of bigfoot but he unfortunately stepped into one of his transdimensional portals just as I was about to hit record. I was so upset that I even forgot to whistle and say "I am allowed to pass here" on the way back to my car.
It's aliens you guys, how can someone just going missing? People were out looking for the missing person for weeks.
Corpse found years later, at a spot that trackers went through multiple times, but because the missing person was already dead, and covered and underbrush, they didn't see the body.
There is no grand conspiracy, people do very stupid things out in the woods, or the desert, or whatever, and die.
At this point these kinds of posts stink of false flagging
Some serious glowie seethe going on in here
I think it's less glowies and more teenage redditors who think they sound smart.
Sorry guys, the bigfoot scam just wasn't working like it used to so I switched over to the more lucrative UFO scam.
I watched one of these for a few minutes and it was some 75 year old man claiming to have footage of a predator alien on his cellphone. So they went to his house and he's all like yeah its on my phone and he pulls out this old ass flip phone and plugs it into his computer. They're like where's the picture and he says oh well for some reason it can't download and then they just left.
KINO
90% of these "mysterious" cases are meth-related
Then you'd find the body. Methhead don't just vaporize on death.
They crystalize into meth, which other methheads find and smoke. That's their lifecycle
If you die in the woods even just a little off trail you might not ever be found. So if some methhead walked off trail and got lost and then came to even just .5 miles away, he could die out there and NEVER be found.
For me it's the part where it goes from serious documentary exploring what happened to all these missing people to bigfoot hunting movie and the director is like
>DUDE WE JUST FILMED THIS BECAUSE UHHH THEY HAD AUDIO CLIPS OF NOISES AND TREE SOUNDS IM DEFINITELY NOT TRYING TO SAY ITS BIGFOOT CAUSING THE MISSING PEOPLE....OKAY ITS DEFINITELY INTERDIMENSIONAL BIGFOOT!!
if he real
