i really do think it's probably the most reddit movie i've ever fricking seen. i was cringing all the way through. Kick Ass was the only one who took it a bit seriously, the other actors were taking the piss and the whole movie is worthless since it's one just giant Reddit joke.
This is what I've noticed with him as an actor. He's very good when he hams it up in campy and fun movies but just falls apart in "serious" dramas. Which is why I think a campy, fun Bond with him would do great at the box office.
James Bond, obviously. Which he's got, if leaks and the recent reports are to be believed. He's a good fit if they want to go campy and fun again but I feel like the "quippy action comedy" angle is so ruined by Marvel capeshit that it may not be doable. Who knows what they could do?
Pirating has also fricked things up massively. This movie is not due to come out where I live till the 6th but it was already up on CAMRIPs on sites since May 1. Why go and waste money when I'm not that even that interested?

He was never "groomed" he was the one that initiated the relationship because he saw the obvious benefit to his career as she had deep connections in the film industry, evident by the fact he landed Kick-Ass shortly after he got with her.
