Why did it take me until much later in life to notice how fricking hot Lillith was?
I stopped watching at the episode she leaves Frasier, what the frick all that buildup of their relationship, her childbirth, its like god damn what the hell frasier can life get any worse?
Yeah, its unfair for frasier.
The joke is he's a head shrink but he's not more well adjusted than anyone else, if anything he's worse than most people.

He was literally written as the most pompous character outside the upstairs restaurant owner as a foil to Dianes selgaygrandization

He is pompous but he becomes one ifbthe guys and knows how to watch the game and talk sports in cheers. In frasisr his pompous factor is turned up to 12 (perhaps because he was around niles and wanted to get back to his roots per se) and in frasier 2023 he has become a prime example of flanderization

Cheers Frasier is the best because, although he could have been an object of mockery, they gave his character's high-brow intellectualism dignity and give as good as he got with the other characters. A really well wrote character.

Hes a total bro to Norm Cliff Sam and Woody and is very well written. They definitely get along and write jokes off each other for fun.
>Cheers >>No jokes >>Lead is obsessed with a Sally Skellington >Frasier >>One of the best written sitcoms in history
lead constantly has sex with attractive cougars
cast actually have personality and involvement in epispdes rather than almost exclusively being cutaways for the same tired gags
Cheers is so bad it's not even funny. It's Roseanne-tier, in that it actually has funny people involved, including Ted Danson, but the writing staff was a dumpster fire.
kek, I see Frasiergay made the party (and Cheers has tons of real jokes, it gets several real laughs every episode, even the best Frasier episodes provide maybe one or two "Oh my, that was clever" scoffs but as a whole the show just isn't funny enough to be considered a top notch comedy, I know your obsession with it are more to do with unresolved daddy-issues but stop trying to pass it off as "the best comedy show of all time!" as everybody here can name like 10 sitcoms from the 90s that were funnier)
Do you mean Sam the character mogs Frasier the character? If so, yes, that is part of the point of the show.
If you mean Cheers mogs Frasier, then you are shallow and jejune.
I'm on season 4 and I can't wait until Diane leaves, she's the only character on the show I dislike. I'm sad Coach is gone but at least Woody is good at replicating his charm.
apples and oranges
more like sherry and coors light
>trolls Larry David
>doesn't change sandwiches with you in your path
but they were friends so it didn't matter
not even fair
ted is top 10 most attractive tv stars of all time
you must be joking
Height is everything
If they ever did a good yu yu hakusho movie he should be toguro otouto.
He would have been perfect even 15 years ago. Now he's too old.
What a stupid sentence
But does Becker mog spinoff Frasier?
Now, are we talking the original run of Frasier, or the reboot? Because those are two separate answers.
Becker is better Ted Danson than Cheers, and better grumpy doctor than House.
There I said it.
Dude if you're gonna wear a square bottom tie, fricking close your jacket.
it was the 80s and it was perfectly acceptable, twinkle toes, just be glad it didn't have piano keys on it

Life really was rough on people up until about 30 years ago.

Woody looks 24 and Kirstie was hot at 36.
Why did it take me until much later in life to notice how fricking hot Lillith was?
Ted Danson has a thicker head of hair than me and he is 3 years older.
Actually Danson wore a hair piece for most of the shows's run.
>cliff
>grey hair
>35
They 100% are putting shit in our water. It's not a generational thing at all. I bet that dude looked 40 when he was 18.
Goddamn lileth was so hot. Still would today.
That hair did Rhea Perlman no favors
to be fair kelsey had a really stressful life
(protip: the drugs and alcohol did 90% of the premature ageing)
Reminder 4:3 HD Cheers exists online
Where? I need to watch it once I'm done with Frasier
It is around anon, you'll find it if you look
thanks for nothing

Not a one (1).

Wrong Norm. My sides remain unshimmied.

Cheers has fricking tons of jokes, especially by today's comedy standards.

I agree, i like both though.
Frasier is more comfy and cheers is more funny with high levels of comf in the earlt 3 seasons.
what was he thinking?
humiliation ritual
Strange considering Frasier doesn't come into the show till S3
base
Frasier's hairline mogs him
Frasierbros… our response?
Racial slurs. LOUDLY.
Do you mean Sam the character mogs Frasier the character? If so, yes, that is part of the point of the show.

>You are shallow… and jejune!
So over
Cheers is good, Frasier is great.
I've recently started watching Cheers and Frasier. I think I might start dressing more dapper.
With enough commitment, that could be me
I want Frasier+ to introduce an evil step-brother to David Crane (the long lost adopted son of Niles and Maris)
What would a modern version of Cheers and Frasier look like?
They just did modern Frasier.
Jesus christ, imagine allowing a hairy baboon like this to serve you food or work in your bar. I would sue.
all shows that are in constant rotation on various channels at 3 am.
I'm on season 4 and I can't wait until Diane leaves, she's the only character on the show I dislike. I'm sad Coach is gone but at least Woody is good at replicating his charm.
Just started S4 of Frasier... they ditched the Joe+Daphne storyline quickly and I can't remember how they play the next two seasons
Different humor, it's basically 30 minutes of quick-firing dad jokes compared to Fraiser's more developed jokes.
