Monkey Wrench is a cool show, but it's lacking in traits and archetypes that would make it a YUUGE success online, and that'd be fine if Zeurel weren't pumping so much fricking money at a non-proportional rate. Be like Aaron Long. Keep things simpler and manageable with your own to hands. Make shorter episodes. 'Cause as it stands, he's starting to sound a lot like Kyle.

He's becoming incredibly whiny and bitter. It really drives me off. I like mw but his attitude is awful.
Lots of indie animation people are like this for some reason.
They're bitter cause 90% of the time the cartoon they make is their passion project and 90% of the time it's rarely what sells. You gotta make them cause you want to regardless of if they're a success, they pour a ton of money thinking they'll get another Helluva/Hazbin/Digital Circus out of it when they're usually the outliers.
You either suck it up and accept you won't be the next hot thing or make something marketable that can fund your passion project. He's whining but he still gets WAY better opportunities than most other indie animators.
Yeah, this right here. And it sucks because animation by itself is a timesink that needs the kind of care someone working a 9 to 5 can't provide, so it becomes a job before a hobby. And it seems really damn difficult to make a profit off of animation, ESPECIALLY if you don't have a springboard audience like how Glitch Productions has a known fanbase before The Amazing Autism Circus took off.
I'm still supporting 'cause there's enough I like about Monkey Wrench and I admire Zeurel's god-tier animation and work ethic. But I'll also keep making fun of his pissbaby attitude at the same time. It's like he's TRYING to be ridiculed
