How come nobody is talking about Monsters University on this board? It's the prequel to one of Pixar's most legendary movies to be made, do you all disrespect the Monsters Inc series?
The movie is a decade old at this point and plenty of threads were made when it was released, everyone who was interested has already said what they wanted to say.
also I remember seeing this person's artwork alot, they're a huge Randall fan.
Because it was an awkward premise. >Mike wants to be a Scarer but doesn't have the physique for it >Sulley is regarded as a natural, but has no drive >They initially don't get along >Everything comes together in the final 5 minutes after they're expelled and sign up to work in the mail room
The only thing that came across as interesting was Randall's characteristic squint stemming from the fact he needs glasses.
the movie seemed like complete bogus to me, randall and mike are friends at first somehow? randall decides to abandon mike for some cool kids and hates him now? sulley humiliates randall and foster his vengeance? it all seemed like half-assed garbage to me and i think that's what answers OP's question
There used to be fairly regular threads for MU 10 years ago when the movie came out anon. It's still remembered mostly fondly but can't really expect it to be nearly as popular so many years after the fact. Pic related, I remember Claire being a FOTM on Cinemaphile around that time. The PNK girls are definitely cute too.
Pixar started being disrespected ever since that shitty elemental movie they released, whose whole plot can be summed up to: "black woman living a tribal family with traditions meets a white boy and struggles in loving him"

So what? Plenty of series posted here are also very old by now such as Teen Titans

Weren't there some good greentext about those monster sorority girls?
>MFW Randall isn't the end boss of monstropolis world in KH3 and the MI keyblade isn't a shovel
Hardscrabble must be pissed that those 2 phased out scaring.
Didn't they graduate?
Yeah but I'm talking about after, it's no longer a subject being taught and funny being the replacement.
Wasn't it said somewhere that Fear Co still rely on scream energy despite the revolution? They haven't completely abandoned scaring children
Yeah. Scaring humans is the bedrock of Monster culture, its not going to go away completely.
She told them to surprise her and that certainly would.
because it's dogshit
no matter how many times you post monster girls, i can't be attracted to these ugly ass monsters
Those cheerleader girls weren't really ugly
I find them the cutest monsters in the movie tbf
Yeah, only the guys are hot
>he wasn't there
Great threads were had anon.
