Why does she have ass inflating powers?
A hero has to be ready for any situation.
>ass inflating powers
You have my attention
I will now watch your show.
Wow, you were being serious. Can't help but think this is going to be leading to some interesting fan art.
One can hope.
They're not even being subtle now.
Subtle about what, Anon?
Their fetishes
Never hire porn artists to work on your show...
Counterpoint
Absolutely do do that
>Lunella will canonically be wearing a diaper throughout season 2
I don't know how to feel about that now.

Another one:
They've been doing a lot of these recently. They're really pushing for this series.
Dump's in about 48 hours by the way
I hope everyone is ready to watch several hours of Moon Girl when it drops.
>barley any whites
Gross
I am ready to marathon it on a 24 hour loop, as are all the people I respect and admire!
I hope it's not one of those
>reject high tech suit because OLD school is better baby, I'm gonna do things my way
Because that only works when you're an underdog without options. When you have options, it's objectivelly better to accept help
Considering we've seen she for sure gets some kind of new upgraded suit this season in the opening, I imagine it will be more of a "work in both old and new to make something with the best of both" instead. Though with the way the trailer played out, I don't really see this being a story path they'd follow. I just don't see them putting Mimi on the wrong side of a story since she seems like the one helping with the new suit tech. Seems like it's more focused on Lunella dealing with the apparent trauma of what she saw in that other world.
Her whole thing as a superhero is using technology, so I doubt it.
Based off of what we know from the clips, the synopsis, and Lunella's character...
>Lunella gets her ass handed to her by Molecule Man in the opening episodes.
>Like, she almost dies and gets PTSD from it.
>More big time villains in general are targeting the LES now, specifically for her
>Decides to upgrade her suit
>Her grandma's old lab buddies reunite to help her
>They have good results in testing
>But Lunella keeos having PTSD flashbacks of Molecule Man (seen in the clip)
>The new outfit is good, but is it good enough?
>Her control freak nature kicks in like it always does when she gets afraid
>modifies the suit behind her teams' back
>something she does during the process mutates a desert scorpion into a monster
>She has to learn to rely on Casey, her grandma, and her friends to save the day
>She's still terrified at the end, but resolves to not let her fear get the better of her and to accept help and trust her team

We’ll be having a Q&A:
https://x.com/steveloter/status/1752923905701146862
I'm gonna ask if there were any more villains they wanted to use, but couldn't. We already know they had to replace Stiltman with Stilleto at the last second.
Lady Bullseye is going to be in the show, which is interesting because Hit Monkey also featured her since they couldn't use the original Bullseye as the MCU had plans for him.
Gonna ask about Kid Kree
That better be the case. Writer said something about "Eduardo shippers" and I'm like...who the frick cares about EduardoXLunella?
Yeah, Eduardo got a grand total of one focus episode in season one, and in the comics she fricking hates the dude.
Yes, but he evidently likes her enough to take her to prom as her date.
Are there shippers for him? I know the whole butting head things usually leads to shipping and the one flash forward moment where we see them at prom together, but I didn't think anyone in the fandom really cares about him. Though it's not like there's much of a fandom anyway.
Yeah, the only shippers I've seen are LunellaXCasey
But that might also be because the recurring cast is very small and people aren't about to start shipping a middle schooler woth a T Rex.
I like the explanation of removing the inhuman aspect. In the comics, her inhuman ability only ever caused her problems, which was mildly interesting, but unnecessary for a TV show. The sleepover episode already got all the mileage you could really get from it in the show.
Oh yeah that mind swap stuff. I wonder if it’s better off retconning that
happy homie month, lunellabros
Same to you anon. Here's hopping there's some good Lunella to enjoy this month.
Well. show's dead
That was in the original comics. This means nothing.
There are some out there that think Molly being straight is what killed her show. Looks like that anon assumes the same will happen to Lunella. More importantly, did anyone read the comics? Outside of the threads before her show first premiered I pretty much never hear them mentioned anymore. Outside things like Princess Fisk I don't often see ideas from them brought up.
I read the original comics.
The show is a lot better, tho Lunella got a bit better in her second solo mini.
>Outside things like Princess Fisk I don't often see ideas from them brought up.
Them bringing in Vincent D'onofrio to reprise his role as Kingpin in the show even as just a more PG comedic version would be kino
>Princess Fisk
I hired thirty of the crustiest preschoolers I could find. Paid them in pop rock and cheap soda. They took their time, I colored pictures.
The things that happened that recess, they still speak of in whispers by the big slide.
Now that would be a heck of a way to show her taking after her dad.
>molly being straight is what killed the show
Yeah, Luz being straight is what killed Owl House too.
