I haven’t watched anything since endgame and probably never will. Call me chud or whatever but it was already woke as frick by the time ragnarok and endgame happened now a black dyke is king of Asgard and falcon is captain America. So I have no interest in the MCU anymore.
Streaming shows are literally designed to be kind of bland as to trick normies into enjoying them and then instantly forgetting about them to prepare them for next product.
X-Men 97
I'll look at Marvel Zombies trailer
She-Hulk turned me off so no
Is freshman year a cartoon or another movie?
So I guess X-men 97
>every show starts well
>nice to see these characters again
>sorta big budget for a streaming show
>there's that one episode that gets high praise
>series ends by dropping the ball hard
Why does this keep happening?
Well for the first couple the pandemic fricked with the schedule a bunch:
>Falcon and Winter Soldier had the Flag Smashers release a virus to bring humanity down to snap population levels.
>Had to be changed because of the pandemic.
>They therefore needed a show because of the Disney+ schedule.
>Wandavision was further along.
>Rushed the ending because of it.
>Falcon and Winter Soldier felt weaker because of it.
A similar thing happened to the films:
>Dr Strange was meant to come out first.
>Spider-Man: No Way Home originally had America in it.
>(She cast the spell on Peter, she opened the portals & not Ned, the thing at the end was an incursion, plot was different.)
>Pandemic changed schedules, both films had to be changed because of it.
I should clarify, Falcon and Winter Soldier was meant to be released first, but they moved Wandavision up.
Forgot pic
It must be nice to blame the collective incompetence of Feige and all of his directors on the pandemic when then that's not the case. It's like a convenient excuse for every bad or mid product out there
i will give any animated show a try
I'm also going to try she hulk
I've only seen wandavision, boring as frick btw, out of all the shitty shows that have been released since endgame
Wandavison was pure kino, get filtered chump
I would be excited for '97 but I get the sense it's gonna be a mockery/TLJ-style dismissal of the original show, and even if it isn't it probably won't reach its heights
Exactly. Plus they will replace any interesting characters with some forced diversity/'woke' shit
I hope Anole is the woke diversity character pick
Toad wasn’t doing much in the original cartoon anyway
Ben Grimm could be introduced in SheHulk, I could watch Armor Wars if Sam Rockwell is there too, that's it.
>their
ENOUGH WITH THE PRONOUNS YOU moron. IT'S HE OR SHE, NOT THEY OR THEIR
They/Their mean multiple people as in plural
Okay, okay.
He really fricked her up over at Disney.
He had some production issues with the shows due to the global crises that happened.
Maybe if those shows weren't mind-numbingly boring, people would care more about them.
>Armor Wars
They couldn't even get the budget for stretchy Ms. Marvel, they're gonna have CGI power suit battles every episode?
Far easier, it's CG armour and metal greebles.
Not really, and my interest in secret invasion is entirely dependent which characters show up in it.
It's a bit amusing that despite all of the money and backing by Marvel Studios, their shows keep falling one after another. The last good MCU show was Agents of SHIELD
