yeh it felt kind of forced, like he knew those skits were the most viral so he tried to recreate them but it came off as trying too hard
Sometimes it works. It really works for the zipline sketch, no so much for the VR sketch.

I think i figured out why hes not funny to me.
He has an extremely average supporting cast and he relies on them heavily to carry his skits. If Tim had a Charls/Nick to play these roles, his shit would feel a lot more organic.
Right now his skits are like a fricking ekg monitor. His performances peak the comedy, but then when his gimps talk, you constantly lose the immersion.
