Have you ever actually watched Mr. Bean? He's actually incredibly smart, calculating, and vindictive. He's just not actually a human, which is why a lot of his actions seem "silly" or "stupid" to regular people.
Go watch the original series, realize that everyone who is "insulting" you has never actually seen it and is just going off of silly meme images, and learn to take it as a compliment instead of being a whiny homosexual. The real Mr. Bean would have found celebrities that the people who were mocking him looked like, and mocked them right back. Probably going as far as to compare them to young pictures of that celebrity as a faux compliment before shaking his head in dissatisfaction, pulling out a more recent photo of the same celebrity (who has now bogged themselves horribly), then smiling widely and nodding, saying this one is "Much more accurate".
