Because of the actor's strike killing off red-carpet premieres and other promo events, Sony issued a last-minute delay. It's only in "limited release" this weekend, with its proper launch set for next week.
I have no idea why they bothered. Tracking isn't looking great and while I doubt it's a hugely expensive movie, it's probably not horror movie cheap.

It was okay, nothing great but nice enough.
The entire cinema was empty so we could talk a bit during the movie. Everytime the rich kid team with the gold car came on screen we'd go "TEAM EVIL HAS ENTERED THE SERVER!"
The guy who inspired this movie is the son of a professional soccer player. How in the world is he not the "rich kid"? Because he's some mutt who wound up killing a person?
i haven’t seen it and i’m not sticking up for the kid but racing is dangerous and people die doing it. you accept this when you get in the car.
He killed a spectator, not another driver. Though, it's the fault of the organizers for allowing spectators in places where they could get killed.
