cutting zombie cat out of the show was actually a good decision. shit is so fricking stupid in the books. she comes back in the epilogue of the same book she gets gotted in....
Zombie Cat is the proper conclusion to the Red Wedding, it shows how hatred just begets more hatred. The Davids were so smooth-brained they didn't pick up on GRRM's extremely obvious themes, they just wanted blood and breasts with none of the substance underneath.
Rob is still dead, most of his men are dead, and by reviving her Beric dies as well. It's not really all that different than Davos somehow surviving his ship blowing up when he really should have died.
What? No, it shows that R’hllor is a lot creepier and grim than taken for. Resurrecting people is closer to soft necromancy than literal resurrection. You retain the wounds that killed you.
Lady Stoneheart was pure horror. Dumb and Dumber didn’t like the horror/fantasy aspects much, and it’s why the magic comes across as so stereotypically bland and expected. Frick those fireballs they gave the children of the forest too.
>a zombie? in a show about frozen zombies? nah that's too far fetched >instead we will make a 40 Kg girl attain superpowers equivalent to a god, defy death multiple times per episode and singlehandedly save everyone from everything, taking revenge as well on her filler episodes
lol this is the average brain capacity of a Cinemaphile poster

>muh zombie cat
beric is already a shit character and you want to make it even worse with that stupid hag gallivanting around making gurgling noises with her throat
Chadmure took initiative, it's Robb's fault he kept the strategy secret. If Robb's worried about spies then don't tell tons of people, but if anyone has to know, it would be your top allied general who's directly leading your plan

>hatred just begets more hatred
This is just a israelite slogan, people should stop repeating it. It's good to hate people who threaten the ones you love, that's why the emotion exists in the first place

Unironically the bad dialogue and girlboss moments made it harder to suspend disbelief than any of the magic
The producers of this show tried so hard to attract the soccer mom crowd, which worked, SO WHY THE HELL didn’t they bring her back as Lady Stoneheart? The soccer moms and wine aunts would have LOVED it.
Were they just moronic? Also why did they leave out Based Belwas? There were actual black characters they ignored.
Yeah the show cut out so many cool and unique side characters and the ones they did bring onto the show (like Qhorin) ended up being much more bland and boring than in the book
>name a bigger failure
The hbo writers and oddly Martin Himself.
All the characters worth a shit are dead and the ending was the equivalent of going into a restaurant and having the shift personally come to your table and blast diarrhea all over you.
her husband
Her husband atleast helped win a war during his youth. She has only destroyed things and gotten her children killed.

She comes back as a cranky zombie b***h, so at least she's got that going for her.

it completely cheapens cats death and its dumb

She didn't exactly come back spry and happy, she's a broken shell both physically and mentally
yeah good thing the show made up some stupid shit of its own instead of taking the stupid shit from the books

Beric just looks beat up. Catelyn is an actual corpse that needs to close her throat wound to speak properly.
Edmure is the biggest frickup in the show and lost Robb the war
