Some of the people he had killed were murdered strictly for business reasons, like the French Canadian guy who Bobby killed. He died because he didn't want to give his ex full custody of their child, so her brother got Tony to murder him in return for a more favourable percentage on a business deal. Tony may not have pulled the trigger but he did murder that guy just so that he could increase his personal fortune by like 0.4%
