>Hell isn't Nightwolf's tribe in Mortal Kombat fake?
It is
Used to be Apache IIRC but they made one up to get away with more fantastical stuff (making the Great Spirit a woman is apparently incredibly offensive to actual Native American tribes who worship such thing)
In contrast, Thunder from KI in the reboot was explicitly Nez Perce right down to his real name, theme music, and design being done as a collaboration with said tribe

Interesting because there are other tribes who have women deities in main roles.
Because usually people just didn’t bother to do any research and treated all Native Americans the same while mixing up tribes and cultures. There’s a lot of ignorance that resulted in racist depictions.
It's the same reason they make up fake European countries like Latveria and Simkaria. We know it's BS but it's far away BS. Native Americans, being in America, are too close. You might be able to get away with fake cities and streets because they're too many, but making what amounts to a hidden state just sets off too many smoke signals, kemosabe.
Well. They did have some cities, or what would qualify as cities. Especially the Aztecs.
But even some tribe in, what I believe is modern day Mississippi had a big settlement with like, nearing 100k? Idk its been a bit since I dived into Native American history.
Wasn't there one in Marvel's version of Canada? One of Alpha Flight's reboots had a character called Yukon Jack who was the heir to a secret native civilization. I bet marvel just memory holed it.
Alpha Flight has all kinds of crap that never turns up anywhere else. There's a whole race of dickwolf aliens who have networked tunnels under the planet that can build cities for them, and the last time anybody used that was during the Kang Dynasty.
Currently Warpath possesses some degree of superhuman strength, though the exact amount of weight he can lift isn't known. It has ranged over the years from Class 5 to Class 90 levels. As a teenager and member of the Hellions, Jimmy's strength level was roughly equivalent to his brother or Sunspot at the time, able to lift 2 tons. He grew substantially in height, muscle mass, and strength as he got older. Cable once remarked that Warpath just kept getting "stronger and stronger". In his early X-Force days, Warpath possessed Class 75 strength, with a Class 90 potential. Warpath may have reached the previously mentioned Class 90 level at this point, or even beyond. In recent years, however, Warpath's strength level has presented as extraordinarily weaker than his X-Force days. He struggled while fighting a single sewer alligator and otherwise has consistently not demonstrated his previously Hulk-range strength
White men.
Because some people decided any depiction of native americans was some form of problematic cultural appropiation.
A handful of people holding everyone else hostage is pretty dumb.

Literally just work with an actual tribe so even if white people complain you have an actual tribe who supports you to fall back on

Because Wakanda is able to get away by being in remote Africa
White people colonized the shit out of America
Every square cm
I'm not storytiming Ghost Dancer again OP
Wakanda is very small in addition to being very remote
Star Trek did that in the 90s
turns out they didn't
>I'm not storytiming Ghost Dancer again OP
You VILL..
>turns out they didn't
Wut
Between the casinos and tax breaks, they got magical enough lands. Other than that they got a lot of American mystic shit going on.
They do in What If.
Is always brutally real ain't
Why might you think? Use some cultural awareness to answer that question

I find it ironic how white liberals try and speak for feather injuns.
The cool thing about native Americans is that they don't have cities.
Technically Mexicans are native Americans but they genocided the olmecs and created their own thing separate from the Mayans/olmecs.
Teotihuacan,toltec,Aztec etc...
Well. They did have some cities, or what would qualify as cities. Especially the Aztecs.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cahokia
Yeah yeah they made a lot of those mounds. Cool shit.
Everything you said was wrong
>its wrong
>does not back up claim
many such cases
Marvel has one in Canada.

It's really hard to keep him hulk-leven when even Colossus struggles to be that strong.
They arent as easy to pander to as blacks
I'm so White that I am nearly transparent, I want kino stories of feather injun heroes
They're going to make a shitty X-Force comic that doesn't even feature ourboy.
Frick Marvel.
Sad
Jimmy joining Murder Squad broke my damn heart.
Then Thunderbird's resurrection was somehow a big nothing burger and he got an incredibly ugly costume.
Didn't Thunderbird die again
Wasn't there a What If episode about that?
What tribe would you like to meet and partner with if you were given the green light to make a new injun character
Cheyenne or Comanche
