Why nepo babies are ok with nudity and sex scenes better than other actors.
At a complete guess, they feel more protected. Like they know the producers/director in advance. They have family members who have done the same thing. They know no one's going to pressure them into actual sex on camera.
Combine that with growing up around pretentious arty types who talk about how artistic and tasteful nudity on screen is (because their parents would never want to be compared to porn stars and are insecure so would talk about it all the time) and it creates an atmosphere where going nude is how you prove you're a real "artist" and serious about acting.

Decades upon decades of nepo hires. Each generation was slightly less talented and deserving than the previous generation. It used to be "we have 5 candidates who would be a good fit for the role, one of them is exec's nephew though].
Now it's "anyone can probably do this job right? I didn't know what I was doing when I was hired and I did fine. So I think exec's gf's kid will probably do fine too"
