>When Mattson Tomlin, a writer on The Batman Part II and Project Power, sat down to pen Netflix’s Terminator anime series, he hit a hurdle he wasn’t expecting. >His first pass at the season 1 scripts featured a sequence where violence breaks out all over Tokyo, prompting citizens to pull out firearms. “My partners at Production I.G came back and said, ‘Hey, so…there are no guns in Japan. If we needed a gun, we don't know where we would get it.’ It was just such a stunning moment for me, like, ‘Oh, wow, I AM American.’”
This post got me thinking that I don't own anything that would kill a terminator. I'd probably just slap in a mag full of green tips, and it wouldn't work at all and I'd die embarrassingly.
So I thought maybe I'd grab some 12 gauge meme rounds, only to find they're out of stock absolutely everywhere
WHAT DID EVERYONE ELSE KNOW THAT I DON'T
The first one seemed genuinely injured when Kyle Reese hit him with that huh
He walked off every other gun dumped on him but the sawn off knocked him down/fricked up his arm and eye/etc
Terminator is a dead IP because it was never supposed to be a franchise. You can't keep repeating the same time travelling assassin plot, it just doesn't work. The only way the franchise could have worked was to keep it in the future during the war, and after Salvation they gave up on that.
They said that this show has no John, no Sarah, no Schwarzenegger, but will still have previous Terminator characters, which makes me think Glau might pop up
probably bad. small chance it's like the animatrix, in which case it could be good
>small chance it's like the animatrix
You mean 2/9 great and 7/9 shit?
Why did you use nines and not tens?
because... there were nine segments in The Animatrix you DOUBLE Black person
I never watched it.
Should I?
Some of them are lame but there are a few cool ones. I really like Beyond.
Animatrix were all good except the one wheree they tried to pussify the robots
animatrix was shit and I'm tired of people trying to pretend years later like it wasn't
Machine Lives Matter
Protect Tranzinator Kids
human lives don't matter
Looked so much better and creepier in janky stop motion.
the machines were actually an allegory for racist gamergate trump nazi MRA alt-right manosphere white supremacism all along

>Oh, wow, I AM American
most moronic thing I've ever read
>there are no guns in Japan
imagine believing this when their own prime minister was assassinated with a gun
It was more like two taped toiletpaper rolls and some gunpowder
The guy had to make a gun and he spent literally months on it.
he was a former PM at the time and the gun was a DIY made from wood tape and a battery
>no one reacts at all because none of them have any idea what a gunshot is
lel
Try one of the multiple American military bases
Is it even an "anime" series if the script is written by an American
Personally? No.
And I don't think non Japanese can make JRPGs either. They're just Western indies.
>Dodged
AHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA
>Wasting all that time for such a shitty animation and homie still dodges
BAHAHHAAH
it's from a parody video
>google this shit
>he continues that we're getting Terminator Katana Fights because Japan has no guns
Yep, kino has arrived
>I'm American?
What a moron

Double ought should mess him up.

.45 ACP would stop them
"I'll be baka"
>anime made after 2004
It has literally 0 chance of being good
If it takes place 6 billion years in the future when the sun us about to explode then it might be good.
It takes place in Tokyo in August 1997 covering the two day span where SkyNet goes online
At least it looks like they are using 2D for the characters rather than 3D garbage
Still looks flat and soulless. Digital colouring as it’s applied in anime nowadays is so lifeless.

> keep it in the future during the war,
Videogames took up that mantle.
Terminator Resistance is a gem. I wish this dev would take another crack at the Rambo IP.
imagine if it had a high budget and wasn't made with the default slop features of the unreal engine.
I'm getting sick of "Netflix anime"
if they put humor in it
RUINED
if they put sappy cringe stuff in it
RUINED
if they ANDOR it... SUCESS
the frick is andor
TermiBlack person
Arnold SchwarzeBlack person IS....
The TermiBlack person
his last name already means "black black" in German
he was literally a double Black person all along
>Netflix
It shit. Its always shit. Nothing Netflix makes is not shit.
>Is ____ by Netflix going to be good?
The answer is always no.
Netflix business model is just to make lots of content, it's almost all shit.
I wish they'd make a animated continuation of The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
They said that this show has no John, no Sarah, no Schwarzenegger, but will still have previous Terminator characters, which makes me think Glau might pop up
Not anime.
Always aim for the eye's, that's where they are most vulnerable
