Pig is a typical Roman pig, living in his apartment (they had those back then). You have his pig family, they run a pizza shop. His dad is a grizzled war vet. His cousin "Baconator" is always getting into trouble, but has a tragic past and ultimately cares about Pig.
Other characters are a mix of original sitcom type characters and riffs on historical figures like said.

Porcus Caesar is putting on the race, Pig is racing against his cousin Baconator to settle a fight over the last slice of pizza. The whole Colosseum is watching. There's also going to be an emotional episode where Pig takes a life for the first time there.
Eventually, only after I get fired and come back years later.

We've already got a cast of characters, personality traits, episode ideas, etc.
Pig is a blue collar dude, Horsey is a decadent bisexual Roman senator but also Pig's friend/advisor that looks out for him. Catto the Elder is the science guy, Cleobatra is the ruler of Egypt and Pig's on-and-off-again love interest. Mostly the stories will be wacky Roman hijinks, but we can branch away from that concept when the episode calls for it. There's also going to be some underlying lore, still working on it.

Kyle A. Carrozza is kinda underrated on Cinemaphile. He's actually a decent artist and has some funny ideas. I think Pig Latin! is already as good or better than some of his stuff though.
