>5:30 Paul Kaminski was the one to push getting "all the pieces of Superman" on the table which led to the classic supporting cast being more at the forefront
>5:53 Williamson wanted to take all the iconic parts but move them forward, not just have them be stuck in a status quo
>6:35 When asked if Jimmy Olsen/Silver Banshee was a secret ship he responds with "Listen I have a lot of secret ships in the DCU"
>He briefly mentions he still tries to push Red Hood/Ravager as an item
>He finds Jimmy dating a supervillain to be fun and thinks Silver Banshee's underutilized so he paired them together
>8:00 Discussing Knight Terrors, he says he's a fan of smaller events now
>Doctor Hate is a new villain who'll show up in Knight Terrors and ties into something later this year
>9:56 His average day is waking up from 6:30 to 7 AM and starts writing for 11 hours each day
>Tries to get 6 hours of sleep a night (DC's aware of this and actually wants him to take care of himself more)
>"Probably shouldn't have taken on Green Arrow but there's no way I could have said no"
>Doing more creator owned stuff next year

Cool.
I'm liking the new run thus far. Glad to see Williamson is willing to actually use Clark's rogues for a change, and it's not some moronic world ending shit. Parasite? Silver Banshee? Livewire? Thank you. Shame Metallo is wrapped up in Action Comics
>He briefly mentions he still tries to push Red Hood/Ravager as an item
I like JayRose but Williamson sucks ass.
this is the only DC book I like
How come? It's terrible like all the rest.
you're terrible
>Listen I have a lot of secret ships in the DCU
based
What a Chad
>Jimmy Olsen is white again
Holy shit, what a sight. I might check this out.
He literally never stopped being white, the frick are you on?
>>"Probably shouldn't have taken on Green Arrow but there's no way I could have said no"
He's gonna leave if it becomes an ongoing aint he?
I think he's likelier to leave Superman honestly, the way he talks about Green Arrow in interviews makes it sound like it's been his dream to write it.
How's his Superman run going?
Pretty damn fun
It is... okay
The Tom Taylor book is miles better
>>He briefly mentions he still tries to push Red Hood/Ravager as an item
Someone stop him. Rose deserves a better class of Dick.
Dick already has too many hussies
Rose has already been rejected by Dick AND Tim.
>Doing more creator owned stuff next year
If that happens? Who will be DC’s go to man?
Tom Taylor
Wouldn't be surprised
He signed an exclusive contract with them
Josh Williamson is the workhorse of DC all of the sudden. How many books is this dude writing?
Also this is the best status quo Superman has had since Flashpoint so good job, Paul
Superman, Batman & Robin, Green Arrow at DC
Dark Ride at Skybound
Williamson's run has a real Y2K/City of Tomorrow vibe to it. I'm really digging it.
interesting
>He briefly mentions he still tries to push Red Hood/Ravager as an item
The only way to make them a thing is to actually have them interact in an in-continuity story.
When was the last time Superman was not written by a jobber?
