Calibarn takes the design way too far into a 00 direction. Hell once all the soft edges of aeriel were yoinked with the rebuild it was over shoulda coulda been a single lead gundam show where it keeps getting upgrades

I wonder why this wasn't a thing before in Gundam? there's swordbits/GN Fangs, blade shaped remote weapons that would be the closest thing to this idea but not actual physical swords that are also able to be held in the hands like this new Lfrith has.
