Explain what in particular? The entire series? Start from the beginning until now. It was a shitpost that expanded into a full war series about robots fighting monsters.
It's pretty simple actually. Toilets with human heads invade a city and apparently even "infect" regular humans to become them. Well dressed men with cameras for heads then appeared and started to resist them. The series is mostly an escalation of the conflict, from mere street fights to giant mechs combating giant toilets amdist a war torn world. There's apparently also a third party and the conflict is at least partly manufactured, with both sides having puppets serving for this mysterious third party.
It must be a nightmare trying to make Indie content nowadays, if your show/game gets a modicum of popularity an army of third worlders and rainbow haired YouTubers will use your shit to make an infinite amount of Elsagate tier videos for babies.
