One of the reasons why I love the Chinese Buffet episode is because it's the one time where Sonic actually accomplished something by himself and not Bartleby doing everything for him for the billionth time.

The more people try to learn details about Tamers, even something as innocuous as the Multiple Tamers Theory, dilutes the magic of his works. Tamers works because he’s a non-entity beyond “Is”. Tamers is Ego made manifest. Tamers needs to descriptors beyond “Is”. Tamers Is. Anything else added to that statement of fact does nothing but weaken him and attempts to make SU appear mundane, or ironic, or autistic, or some other shitty buzzword. The less you ask about Tamers, the better the show remains.

I'm not him, I like Sleet and Dingo since I understand their niche, but that niche really demands Robotnik sit on them like the abusive fatass he is. Their role in the story is generally antagonistic. This can take the form of them telling Manic not to call Flora a Black person at church, or it can take the form of them literally working with Robotnik to defeat the Sonic Underground in whatever they're doing that day. If you extract them from Robotnik — who is "a villain" so he has no problems looking like an butthole or a jackass — then they are still antagonistic characters. Sleet especially can be a little b***h. So their dynamic turns on each other (as we saw briefly in the hidden temple episode) and it doesn't really feel right. They bicker like a married couple? Sure, no problem. They are outright sabotaging or mean to each other? Feels weird. This is why they get stuck with Robotnik since he's probably the single biggest heel in the series.

SatAM is old. But, it has neat stories, great background art, good SonAlly moments, Jim Cummings as Robotnik is great, and very fun and charming to watch even as an adult. But of course. That show isn’t without its faults either I’m just saying it’s a way better show than underground and it’s enjoyable for different reasons other than being old. Being old isn’t a real factor.

The reason you only see a few clips posted is because no one cares enough to take the time to make more. The animation constantly has poor depth perception, Sonic rarely stays on the ground while running, and shots aren't framed with as much care as what I've seen from Satam so far, just being a few episodes in.

I went from Underground to Satam and the difference in how Sonic actually has to treat Robotnik more like a threat is in stark contrast to how practically invincible he is in Underground. I don't say that as an insult either, one of my favorite aspects of the latter is Sonic just doing his own thing and constantly clowning on Skeet and Gringo. I liked Underground a lot more than I thought I would but most complaints I've seen about it are perfectly valid.

Yeah, I don't get why Tamer aged a lot of the characters down. In the original show Maeve looks to be in like her early 20's or something when she transforms back at the end to her pixie form.
Flora is so completely different from Maeve in every way that they don't even share a name. You could argue Flora isn't even a Sonic Underground character, just some OC and thus subject to being killed off.
This, at least the other characters in Tamers' videos are the exact same as they are in the original show, Flora is the weird one and is too different.

I think people forget that the entire series is mostly episodic except when Tamers wants to make a random lore callback every blue moon. Whatever he wants to be cannon, will be cannon, otherwise most episodes are self contained stories and trying to make a coherent timeline is literally impossible due to the conflicting nature of it.

Thanks my man, you guys are always so nice. I think besides his Aleena design, the timeskip Sonia and Flora designs are some of my favorites to draw. I have very vivid ideas for the latter two but I just need to finish these model sheets first before I do them for consistency reasons.

I blame Goblin's Discord Group. They're probably still pissed he left after being exposed. They reopened their server recently and I popped in for a few secs and the first message I saw was them saying they needed to find a new Goblin. I bet they're raiding these threads.

At the end of the day he was a nobody with like 100 subs but made a 3 posts long wall of text response in a thread when people said he wasn't funny and was just leeching off tamers for attention.
I like your ambition with this stuff but I do wish you'd do more wholesome art. Also the level of detail on the anatomy makes it look really stiff and a bit grotesque sometimes.

My favorite part of episodes is always when they interact with random humans. That suicide segment was hilarious.

Third time was Knuckles saying he thought Sonic was cool because he was blue. Always gives me a chuckle.
