Too high of a premium on prefab for a poor quality frame. They would be better off building a set from scratch with the intention of it being destroyed and remade.

Because I don't think they have that kind of money. They would need at the very least 2 of those houses for a full season. Likely 3. That is a sizeable chunk of change. Real houses have a higher quality build and can withstand intensive renovations. Prefabs cannot. The S2 house they can reno and resale to at least make their money back or maybe even get some profit. The prefabs would likely be a sunk cost with very little market for resale if they decided to resale. I doubt they could get more than 2 seasons from one set of prefabs.
