What does Cinemaphile think about this movie/comic?
I haven't read the graphic novel, but I enjoyed the movie. The dynamic between Nimona and Ballister was super fun and cute, even if the plot wasn't all that deep and I didn't care about Goldenpenis because he was barely a character.

It's okay. Nimonas relationship with Ballister really is the best part of the film. It is weird that he had more chemistry with her than his actual boyfriend.
I was hoping he'd get to keep her as a friend / be a father figure for her.
>more chemistry with her than his actual boyfriend.
Well according to a study only about 5% of gay men are faithful and a another found long term relationships last around 8 years
Maybe they were trying to be honest
according to a study you suck more dick in a week than the top 5% of twinks and a another found you guzzle around 8 liters of cum a day
Don't be mad at me for pointing out the fact that homosexuals are more dangerous to men's health than cigarettes.
Did that study also explain why you're a gayget too?
There is a study it speculates high amounts of estrogen within the womb sadly for you I merely pretend to be gay for discounts at the bar.

A girl who can do anything and also never did anything wrong and is hated by the people because she is better than them... Is a sick message.
The relationship between her and ballister was well developed, which made his instant heel turn cheap and unearned, followed by an equally absurd instant face turn, all of which made the last act an interminable slog of victim masturbation.
There's good stuff in it, but I would never show it to a kid
>A girl who can do anything and also never did anything wrong and is hated by the people because she is better than them
Nimona is a feared outcast who is lashing out by playing villain and the climax of the movie is her attempting suicide
I think I'd like the movie more if I hadn't read the comic. In particular Nimona getting upset over people thinking she'd hurt anyone when her comic character is pretty murder happy. Was kind of irritating but as I said if one went in blind it wouldn't be a big deal. Surprised how they weaken Ambrosius' character - I remember back in the day the comic was partially marketed for the arch-rivals way too into each other but that dynamic just really isn't there here.
I'd say the plot/world building doesn't make a lick of sense if you think about it but that's true with the comic as well.
Why is this whole movie on YouTube?
To groom children into becoming gay troons like the creator of Nimona.
that's not how sexuality works. if you think it's that easy to swing the other way, you're probably in the closet
>movie
Didn't watch it
>comic
Not impressed
Oscarbaiting and Netflix looking to flex.
Whoops meant for
Is it Oscar season already? Nimona up for best animated?
So the world they're in has no issues with race, sexuality or gender, but they're still hung up on class for some reason?
comic is overrated and netflix should have done she-ra reboot stuff like a mara prequel, scorpia's parents / hordak invasion / huntara going AWOL prequel, or sea-ra and the star siblings spinoff to handle the power vaccuum left after horde prime was gone
I enjoyed it. It had some cringe, but overall it was a solid flick and I agree, the relationship between main characters was cute and fun. Gold Guns Girls sequence was my favorite
I had issue with the backgrounds tho, looked very empty and unpolished
>Gold Guns Girls sequence was my favorite
I liked the bit in the subway where she pretended to be him
Unfunny trash with the message that bad is good and ugliness is beautiful.
The thumbnail looked like a guy with a big chin.
>told this was a “trans” film, something about Nimona’s morphing being allegorical
>meh, ok. Watch it
>main character is a literal sociopath who enjoys murder and bloodshed, isn’t likable in the least, and legitimately believes the entire world revolves around her issues.
I have never seen so many people fall for such a based film.
