The first three are all guilty pleasures for me but I skip the middle half of RotF. DotM is kind kf kino honestly, at least the action sequence at the end.
He murdered like a million people and had already shown a proclivity for randomly stabbing people in the back, it might be harsh but it's totally understandable that Optimus would consider leaving him alive an active danger to everyone
There's a ton of stupid shit in these movies that makes no sense but Optimus killing Megatron and Sentinel at the end isn't really one of them, these are the guys who just destroyed his entire planet, ruined his civilization, killed countless friends of his, and probably would try to kill him and everyone else the second they had a chance again

I love this movie, even the stupid parts simply for the action... also I don't give a shit that Shockwave got shafted I just want to see Optimus tear decepticons new buttholes.
And that's all I need from transformers, I feel like some of the hard-core fans forget most of this stuff is for kids, the new movie made it obvious as an ad for kick ass toys.
