I loved queer Steph and Harper.

Really the CW isn’t rhe CW anymore. They got bought out last year and are winding down all its shows.
Superman & Lois will only get one more season to wrap things up.

        >They got bought out last year
        For $0.
Because the CW has literally never made money and was always operated at a loss.

Wait, this came out? I swear to god I'm not doing a bit, I barely had even heard of this show, I know nothing about it other than I have heard the name before, and from the name I know it is batman related. That's literally it, and I don't go out of my way to either read up on or actively ignore batman content. So take that as a sociocultural weathervane if you like.

I only know it exists because that one brit made a bunch of videos on every episode instead of more fun topics I was actually interested

I'm convinced it was money laundering, honestly.
It's the only reason I can see giving Batwoman crew another Bat-related show.

The CW is a terribly run network.

The reason they gave Gotham Knights the green light was because its cost was the smallest out of all the shows they have tried.

No superheroes, big crowds, fancy suits or any such shit.
Just teen soap opera with some murders.

The fricking Riverdale show was probably more expensive because of the extras.

Riverdale is ending after this season.by mid 2024, the CW as we knew it will be dead.

They'll do some Batwoman/GK crossover comic in 2024. They did one for Pennyworth last year so that's the most you'll get in terms of closure tbh.

The Pennyworth comic came out before season 3 did and barely resembled the show in the first place.

And DC was actively trying to salvage this show for months. Even if it's some canon-adjacent comic, it's not unlikely. Will it happen for sure? No telling. But the reasons you gave don't matter worth shit to DC lmao.

It was confirmed as canon to the show but in the years before he left London and moved to Gotham. Also nothing in the comic really conflicted with the show's continuity besides the art style.

Curious what the cliffhanger on this one will be. That's about it.

It'll probably be a Two-Face reveal. I remember there were some pictures of Misha Collins with prosthetic in half of his face.

        Anonymous

That's not too bad. I can imagine that just happens and resolves itself offscreen like the Legends ending up in Time Prison for some time but not permanently.

If that's it, then that's essentially a complete story the same way The Winchesters was.

Two Face has his origin and goes off to become a future threat. Unless they pull some bullshit like Dr. Leviticus set up that will never be full-filled, I don't see any reason to tell more stories beyond this point.

2 episodes left. I'm sure if that's the case we'll get a scene uploaded to YouTube the next day.

If Jensen Ackles was almost cast, then we're getting some actor (not a stand-in) playing Bruce. Unless they scrapped that when Jensen said no.

    >Superman and Lois cast gone

I was expecting them to write off Sam Lane and hopeful they wrote off the Cushings, but did they have to get rid of the Irons too?

He better be impressive considering all the hype.

It's honestly the reason I was expecting CW to revive it instead of Superman despite the latter having better ratings. I guess the lower budget was a compromise.
