fun fact, game gear was just a portable sega master system and all the old sms carts would work in the gg with an adapter
Screen ratio can be a little weird though for some games. I think there's a ROM hack fix for simcard carts.

I bought one of these at Radioshake in the mid 90s and had it for almost 20 years up until antenna signals weren’t a thing anymore in like 2013 or whenever

I actually had an attachment that hooked up to a car window and had extended antennas so you could watch while your parents drove you around. It was great.
My friend had one of these in grade school and we go to see all of 1 channel during lunch break and it was the news at noon.
