Alfred is still dead?
Alfred will stay dead till the next major reboot. It almost doesn't make sense to bring him back.
Yeah they literally just had a chance to bring an Alfred back and didnt
No one. He's going to die in his depressed state alone.
>Who's going to do his laundry, cook his meals, etc?
His mansion full of proteges?
>He's going to die in his depressed state alone.
He probably has to wait to use the bathrooms in his own mansion, and his mansion has 7 bathrooms.
You think Selina would do that shit? b***h just eat hot chip and lie.
I was thinking of Zatanna: with the magic she can do that easily.
Daddy's girl, probably never satisfied. She wants a man who's charmingly playful, maybe into magic, suave, dedicated, and intelligent, sweet, attentive, and loving, with a bit of an edge. Bruce has a lot of those qualities but the mission comes first too much. Zee would never outright say it but she wants to be practically worshiped and pampered on her off time.

women like that actually want to be ignored a little bit. They want to duplicate the scenerio where dad wasnt home until 5 or 6 and also did his own stuff on weekends. They want to feel like they earnd the attention like when dad had to move things around to come see their play or take off work to take them to disney or the fair.
The problem with bruce is he wont be able to move or reschedule fighting crime. She would need to step in and use magic to make things go faster so they can have time together. But then shes playing wife and mother and daddys girl types hate that.
technically she could grow up and let go of some of her daddysgirl shit and learn to play the part of a wife and mother, but people dont mature in dc or marvel comics, so you know,
Joker would do it for free.
He needs to adopt a new orphan to do all those jobs
I legit wouldn't mind a story where he takes a kid under his wing and doesn't train them to be Robin but the kid helps out with other stuff
>child labor
Batman unironically belongs in prison
Did you b***h about having to mow the lawn growing up?
This isn't something that's brought up in the average Batman story, but just like he's moved out from Wayne Manor, he's also recently learned how to cook for himself.
>but just like he's moved out from Wayne Manor
Wasn't aware of that.
So where does he live now?
Some Gotham neighborhood, I don't remember exactly.
He was never poor poor, but I assume he's still not as rich as he used to be.
what about the batcave?
Mostly unused right now (they still drop by from time to time because they still have shit there), but Bruce mainly uses mini-lairs that he has around Gotham.
Is he still poor?
When did Alfred die?
I can't remember but I'm pretty sure bane randomly fricked his shit in on some random issue and it just kinda stuck.
City of Bane, Bane breaks his neck in front of Damien, causing Batman to hate Robin which is still an ongoing plot thread.
Alfred's death scene was supposed to be a fake out with Clayface in disguise in Alfred's place but editorial stepped in and made it permanent
Batman doesn't hate Robin. He already apologized and made up with Damian when Ra's died and Deathstroke was framed for it. Bruce blamed himself for not going himself and having Damian do recon which led to Alfred's death. That was Tynion addressing King having Bruce and Selina on vacation during City of Bane.
I'm kinda mad they cut off Mariko Tamakis run where she had him learning to cook better for himself and living in a brownstone with neighbors. That was a good change of scenery and as usual with Batman it never lasts long
How can he have quick access to the batcave is he lives in some neighborhood?
Bruce has mini Bat Bunkers every where as well as shipping tubes and sewer access tunnels that can take him to the main Batcave in a pinch, he could also teleport there using the JLA's teleportation system.
so that part isn't outlandish in the world of Batman.
I mean, he's still living in some neighborhood, isn't he?
This isn't even the first time Bruce has abandoned the manor; back in the 70's he was in the wayne foundation penthouse for almost 10 years.
He's got lots of backup batcaves too. I wish more adaptations dipped into stuff like this, surprisingly TDK really ran with the apartment and spare batcave
