It’s not clear how old Batman is but he’s definitely somewhere in his 20s, and he remained that age every year. Even when they had the crisis reboot and year one, he remained the same age. He’ll appear older or younger in specific stories but in general time does not effect him
The Simpsons started in the 90s with 90s celebs and 90s tech. Now in the 2020s they meet 2020s celebs and use 2020s tech. But every character is the same age.
